Look at the reviews from the last year. Those 4+ year old reviews that give five stars are from several property management companies ago that cared back then. It's changed hands multiple times since then. Now it's a health hazard and honestly should be condemned. Would give less than 1 star if I could. Side note, code enforcement and the city are a joke in regards to this place as well.

I've been living here for 5 months. When I first moved in the apartment, it was disgusting and has mold in the kitchen severally. Theres a community of roaches that come and go as they please, for free. The fridge looked like it was from a trap house and I requested it to be replaced but it's still here. The bathroom faucet was leaking and the washing machine hook up was too when i moved in. I request it to be fix before moving in but it wasnt. One month in, my a/c unit started leaking really bad and I contacted maintenance and they never came to fix it. It eventually stopped leaking on its own. I recently stopped having hot water in my bathroom and requested for it to be fixed and no one came for 2 weeks. They finally came today and messed up the water line to our bathtub causing it to flood the apartment. I contacted them again about the flooding and no one has come. I've had to ?rig a shop vac hose from the tub faucet into my toilet so i can have a home and not an indoor pool.

I paid my application fee and still haven't heard from them yet and it crazy because I keep going up there and she keep telling me she will call me and never do so I gave up on these apartments

I just moved in two weeks ago I have had 4 mice playing in my. Kids room and in my kitchen and I don't think nobody should live in a place with mice running around in their house like this I'm up crying every night now ?

This place is a dump like seriously the mice’s living they best life in the crib with you they just be chilling like they own the place or something please don’t waste yo money thinking you finna live good without the pest cause they are your roommates

This place is a joke!!! Who owns this dump? Why hasn’t code enforcement shut it down? Why hasn’t the health department shut it down? Why should families lives be risked living in mold and unsanitary conditions? Why should their credit be tarnished because they have to move because of the conditions and management not addressing the issues? These practices have to stop now fo not rent from these people and a lawsuit should be started so that families be compensated for what they have done. Stay away from these apartments!!!!!

This is by far the worst apartment I’ve ever rented! I would not recommend anyone move here! They need a complete renovation before they move any more tenants in. It is definitely not worth the rent they charge. Only 11 months to go before I can be free of this place. I will try and make the best of it while I’m here. I would highly not recommend!

I absolutely love it here!! We have an amazing manager! Ms Kate helped us very much, very clean space, and I love how she takes the time to figure out problems that she runs across and fixes them!

Me and my family would love to live there in Rivebend aptm..They look so nice. I fall in love with those aptm as soon as I take a look at one.Lovely. hopefully me an my Family would be apart of Rivebend aptm soon.looking at June 1 /2019.
