I AM OVER THIS BANK!!!!! Wait in line 30 minutes. Lady comes out and says the vault teller is out so I would have to come back for change. 1st of all of you are a commercial business expect to wait. So now I have been at the bank during rush for my business. The. They want you to come back. I called my change order in an hour early so it would be ready. I understand about labor challenges. There are a million moving parts at my business. Communicate with your customers especially is they call in advance. Find another bank - buyer beware! I personally do not bank at regions. Never have. Never will. If my job didn't bank here I would not come to regions in West Memphis Arkansas.

It is Friday there is only 2 people working the counter. Some rude lady at the door well it is Friday and lunch time she's basically just clapping her hands. This is not correct. Plus she was a little smart a*** I would give zero stars if I could.what upset me was when she said well use the atm. It's how you say something
