They turn the diesel pumps down after midnight according to employees 20 minutes $8 worth of diesel I'll go somewhere else they need to shut it down if they can't run it like it's supposed to be

I am only writing this review for parking. I was bobtail parked against the curb behind other bobtail. Around 10pm a woman knocked on my door saying we cannot park here and need to keep this area clear. She said go inside and ask for a book to sign and they will tell you where to park. I went inside and the worker was telling me to pay for parking. I said I'm not paying for a park if I was already parked for free. I go back out and see a non reserve spot. Backing in the spot, the women came back and said the parking is only for those with a trailer, no bobtails. My husband goes back inside and asks what's going. Why can't I park in a nonreseve park. The worker said it's Pilot/FlyingJ new policy. Bobtails must pay for parking. We left and went to Petro across the street. It's funny I saw the same bobtails parked where I was before and another parked next to the Catscale. So if your bobtail prepare to pay for a park or you'll be getting a knock on your door.

They raised the rent so much that Denny's took a hike. I guess they didn't want competition that took away from the sale of their dried out chicken wings and pizza that's been sitting there for days. I didn't spend a dime here, and won't ever again.

After a long day made a reserved parking at this truckstop in West Memphis based on looking forward to a hot meal. Big surprise, Dennys restaurant permanently closed and no food in the store whatsoever due to renovations. It would have been nice if this was mentioned on the website
To top it off we had several knocks on our truck with down and out stories from people asking for money. Did our fueling elsewhere. Will stay away from this one in the future.

Worse place to try and get decent hot food from trucking the lady working at Dennys complained all 3 times we have tried that place same waitress and never came to give us menus or take our orders place wasnt evwn busy,don't waste your time trying!

Letti made sure my shower was nice and clean. She ran the register and the rest of the store by herself with a smile. I demand a raise for this beautiful woman immediately!! I hope to see her again. I would also like to highlight kenisha as well. She was very professional and such a nice lady. I also demand a raise for her as well. May God in heaven bless these ladies and their families amen.

Don’t use shower on this please
When I went to use the toilet I saw the cleaner using foot towels to clean the toilets.

Store number 607 is very bad customer service and they are just laughing for the customer and it’s very dirty and all the staff is very bad even the supervisor he didn’t respect the customer

To the guy that cleans the shower on nights 3/20 he deserves whatever he asks for.. shower was clean and the ladies that work the counter was so friendly my card wasn’t working and they was so patient they was cleaning the store making sure everything was stocked up… and the security guard as well… they make one hell of a team…

Pulled up to a man begging me outside for money or food I offered to get him food he tells me he's allowed inside the store. I tell him to wait I'll go get him food there's no Denny's open, no hot dogs on the grill, no pizza, or any of the other junk food that pilot/ flying j usually has. I go to grab a sandwich and the sandwich rolls literally $6.50 add a bag of chips with no drink and you're paying just as much for a whole entire restaurant meal for just a sandwich and some chips. It should not be a total of nearly $12 for a sandwich and a small bag of chips. And this female Shae hella rude. Nasty disrespectful attitude. The holy in me just had to shut my mouth and walk away. This whole entire experience this whole area is super ghetto. This is coming from a person that was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. I would have to say the ghetto here definitely outweighs the ghetto back home. Not a place I'll stop at again. All I wanted was a small little cup of butter from Denny's m I almost was going to go to the pilot but I decided to stop here just specifically for the Denny's.

I was a customer both on 3/3 & 3/4. This 1st night I went to shower, and ended up bathing in the sink because their shower would not turn on, 2nd night bought a steak burger& chicken sandwich, the top of bun was hard and the bottom of bun was So wet it seemed as though it had been dipped in water. Took it back in and ....Yes, they refunded my money .
