“I run a business of my own and needed multiple jobs done that requires someone with more expertise and hardware/tools and patience than most computer shops have and he went out of his way to look up the model numbers of everything that I needed and quote me out and even shared some knowledge with me which was much appreciated and I asked him several questions that probably took him away from the other stuff that he may have been doing at the time and he was happy to answer each one of them with an exceptional amount of knowledge of the subject and what may and may not entail in taking on such a job and that speaks volumes coming from the owner I will definitely be getting back with him on a huge amount of CPU socket replacements and a few other things”

“Called ahead with a shattered screen. They are the only store in the memphis area that had my phone in stock. All other stores estimated 1-2 weeks. Which would not be possible for a truck driver. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. They gave me a basically new phone and transferred the entire logic board. Then threw in a case for good measure. Great job guys.”
