“Shop this store almost weekly since they opened., there are at times under staffing or untrained folks to take care of the propane needs (this should be an easy remedy; train everyone!) I'd prefer that they take better care of the chicks; the other day went in none of the chicks had water, there appeared to have two dead chicks as well. the response was someone was coming by to take care of them... anyone at the store should be able to take care of them.... give them fresh water! Over all it's the best customer service available during this day and area so cut them some slack be patient and nice in return.”
“We were looking for a hinge replacement for 30 yr old kitchen cabinets. We visited the chain hardware stores with no luck. While Youngblood didn't carry this hinge either they called several of their supplier contacts trying to help us out. Wonderful customer service”
