I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!! First of all they are racist. Second of all they had my daughter's vehicle for several weeks, we could barely get anyone on the phone. They would say the person in charge was on vacation and would call us back but she never did. My daughter had to send someone to pick her vehicle up and they were so rude & races towards him that he had to call the police and file a report. DON'T SEND YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS BUSINESS.

I give a 3 because the lack of professionalism this business displays is just not acceptable at all. I came in for an oil change and they did that which was good. The only people there that had a bit of kindness and respect is Brooke and Johnathan to say the least other than that it’s a good company just a few rotten apples. (Employees).

A typical mechanical shop model; you tell them all what's up on the Porsche Cayenne, even provide all the fault codes, Jonathan tells you about his 50 yrs experience on German cars. Ok, you buy the story. Then, you check in for an update; here comes the drama, they yell from the back of the shop "I can't see you right now"!!!!, six weeks later; call you to come pick up because they can't get to it. He NEVER touched the car. What a waste of time!!! Never do business with Jonathan @ German Auto Tech.

German Auto tech provided me with a great experience. I use to have a Nissan and now have a Mercedes. It was essential to find a mechanic that had experience working with luxury vehicles. They were great! Being a woman and having to go into a mechanical shop can be demeaning and often time shops will try to take advantage of women, this is not the case here. There is actually a woman in office that is just as kind and professional as the techs. Jonathan was my tech and he took great care of my car. The price was relatively inexpensive for the work being done. Thank You guys I will be back for any future maintenance. The only downside is they have been having trouble with their phone lines which is not their fault.

Very knowledgeable, staff and technicians and they definitely take good care of the vehicles when you take them there to get serviced and repaired and if you got an old classic, they definitely know how to take care of them too air cooled VW’s. They know it all.

I was traveling from Gallatin to Houston for my kids birthday and my vehicle decided to have major issues. I found German Auto on google and hobbled in the next morning, with
Little optimism. I met with Glen and Jonathon and they provided a miracle by getting my vehicle in for inspection and repair. These guys are really straight and good guys. Jonathon took the time to show me the issues with the car and really built trust by making me understand what was going on with the vehicle. I would recommend them, Too bad they aren’t in the Houston area! Sometimes we run into the right people at the right time.
