I live in Lakeland, TN and needed warranty work done on my Bronco. My husband called multiple places and all the other local dealers would not give us the time of day. They stated it would be months to address a leaking differential with 33,000 miles. From the first call and conversation we had with Ford of West Memphis, we had nothing but amazing service. I work out of my vehicle and they called me when a courtesy vehicle became available. They kept their word on when I could bring it in. Thank you to the man at the desk that helped me when I arrived and Danielle who helped coordinate all of this for me, and lastly the man who brought around my courtesy vehicle. I could not be more happy with the attitudes and service they gave me. Thank you for making something so inconvenient in my life a lot better with your service.

I cannot say enough about Randy and the Ford of West Memphis body shop. There were a few bumps while my car was in the shop and when it was apparent it would be in longer than expected, Randy arranged a rental car at no charge to me. He stayed in communication with me regarding my car repairs and made sure that not only was the job done, but that it was done right. I appreciate his passion for what he does and it shows in his attitude and attention to detail AND his responsiveness to his customers.

Left my truck to be serviced around 9:30 am, 3 hours later they wouldn’t answer my calls after having called every hour. Finally called the operator and she got them to answer, tech told me they probably had a line of customers. I replied I called every hour for approximately 3 hours! They ignored my calls because they were waiting on a filter. And no, I didn’t like being ignored and lied to because I discovered that they were waiting on a filter which they installed at my home the next day! I’m pissed that the tech lied to me and that they ignored my phone calls for hours instead of communicating the issue to me!

Tried to rip off a 72 year old woman. $4200 estimate to "repair" her car. Yet the dirty losers offered her $500 for the car. $30 in freon and two battery terminals cleaned later.....The car has been purring along ever since. What a joke. AVOID like the plague. Dirty rotten filthy car sellers. Nothing out of the normal. I hope people spit in their food.

I can’t say enough good things about the service I’ve received from Randy and his team in the Body shop of FORD OF WEST MEMPHIS. Due to a bad experience experience at Ford of WM ten years ago I was hesitant to take my wrecked car there but I wanted to use a local shop for convenience.
I am totally satisfied with the excellent service and experience I have received. Randy has worked tirelessly to restore my car in the exact condition it was in prior to the accident. He has stood behind his quality work and i am satisfied with the results. I appreciate the friendly helpful interactions of his receptionists/associates in the office beginning with Charlotte before her retirement and now Matthew. They were always courteous and helpful anytime I called.
I highly recommend FORD OF WEST MEMPHIS BODY SHOP to anyone who is looking for the best service. I’ll assure you that they will give you their best services.

I have dealt with West Memphis Ford for service about 3 years. Every time the service has been excellent. My service writer David Shaw is very accommodating and makes sure all is completed correctly.
Can’t say enough good.
I drive 20 minutes farther than my closest Ford dealership is, but AutoNation Ford service is horrible.
