it took 2 days (it was my fault tho) but Nikki was sooooo patience with me. She was very caring, and down to earth. We ate snacks and joked around while waiting on finance, she stayed late and came in on her off day to help me get in my dream car. I wont deal with nobody but her. BEST EXPERINCE EVER!!

I recently brought my Lincoln in to be serviced! It was having some serious trouble and I needed rapid repairs. Being that I head business before with Ford of West Memphis, I was confident in their ability. Unfortunately, when my vehicle was returned to me the repairs are not complete and it continued to be undrivable! That wasn't the biggest issue for me! The biggest issue was this....Because my vehicle was not repaired completely when it was returned, I can sell it with my warranty company to see if the deductible could be eliminated and unfortunately they said no because the claim had already been filed. It was at that time that I asked to speak with the manager, whose name is Mike! I truly feel like he answered the phone ready for war! He was very rude and abrasive! All I asked for him to do if the cost of the deductible could not be handled by them was to apologize! Apologize if they overlooked the problem, apologize if they would not be able to cover it! I had to explain to him about having just decent customer service! Not to mention my car has been out of commission for a while and thankfully I had an extra vehicle to get me to and from work. I am more than disappointed and heartbroken. Unfortunately because of this, I will no longer use this dealership for my service needs. My representative Rihanna, however was very pleasant and I appreciated her help. Sometimes when you work with the public, it doesn't hurt to be a little kind.

BUYERS BEWARE! This dealership is either incompetent or dishonest! I found a vehicle on auto trader that i was interested in and requested pictures. The pictures sent appeared that the vehicle was in good shape, I questioned these pictures asking: "do these pictures accurately represent this vehicle?"- answer yes absolutely. Is there any damage that is not depicted in these pictures? answer-there is no damage to this vehicle not shown in these pictures. I clearly stated that i was driving 8 hours to buy this van and asked is there any possible issue that i need to know prior to this expense and trip. answer-it is a solid as a rock. After making the 8 hour trip and seeing the van from approximately 40 feet away i noticed rust coming from the roof, the salesmen said they hadnt noticed that which is odd that i could see looking out of the dealership window. On further inspection this van had been driven into a parking garage that was too low causing $10,000 in damage they claimed they did not know about. In further conversation it was made clear that they bought the van with a 6 inch hole in the roof that they patched at their body shop. This seems to be obvious dishonesty considering their body shop did this work so obviously they knew about this. They statted in writing from the dealership management "they would fix the damage and ship the van to me" and then did not do this. Furthermore in writing they said they would reimburse the rental car for my trouble. Again after sending proof of expenses they have not and have ignored any communication.This is a summary of a few of the dishonest things this dealership does. Do NOT buy a car here go anywhere else!Nate

I can't speak for the whole dealership, but my experience with Kenny Hamilton was not great. He told me I needed a $2,000 down payment for a used car with a trade in, which was fine. However, on my way up there, he told me the car didn't run and I would needed over $5,000 to purchase a car. I spoke to this agent more than four times before going up there and he didn't tell me this. When I got there, he didn't even sit down to talk to me, he just said "it is anything else". After driving over an hour, he couldn't even take five minutes to talk to me. If possible, do not deal with this agent, he is shady.

I have done business with them over many years. No matter what, they always do what is right. The body shop is the absolute best if you are particular about your car. The entire staff has been there for....forever. That says a lot.

Traveling through town and our check engine light came on. We pulled into the service department. They looked up our vehicle, told us the code, went to the truck to double check the code and then cleared it. In addition, he explained what it was and double check under the hood to make sure it wasn't anything more. Proceeded to tell us if it happened again what needed to be replaced when we returned home, but the truck was driveable. Best service we have ever received from any Ford service department in any state.

This Dealership has a terrible Service Department ! I started having my Ford Fiesta serviced at this Dealership in 2019 after moving to Memphis. The Service Agents are not professional & act un-interested in helping with service problems. One of my service trips, they put the wrong oil in my car & I caught the mistake on my service ticket receipt as I was leaving. Another service trip they forgot to complete all the requested service issues on my service ticket. My latest problem was with their service dept reservation system. I booked an online service appointment for 9/06/21 at 1:00pm. I received 3 text messages over a 2 week period reminding me of my appointment, but when I arrived for my appointment the Service Dept was CLOSED! I came back today & requested to speak with the Service Manager. After waiting for 30 minutes & never was able to speak with the Service Manager. I got tired of waiting & asked to speak with the Dealership Manager & was asked to wait in the seating area. I waited another 30 minutes and neither Manager had the time to speak with me. I have been a loyal Ford customer for 15 years, but will not buy another Ford because the customer service at the Dealerships around Memphis is terrible!
I also called Ford Customer Service 3 times today before I was able to speak with a live person to make a complaint.

I only put a star because I had to to post! We are traveling across country and stopped into the service department for some help w our truck. The young lady (long light brown/dark blond hair) looked up w a look of destain. No greeting - nothing pleasant at all! It was more like the attitude of what are you doing here? We turned to leave and she NEVER even asked if she could help. Every other Ford dealership we have ever frequented in our many years of Ford ownership has been awesome w THE BEST customer care. Sadly-this one broke the good record! Sorry if this is the dealership you use! If it were us-we would drive elsewhere for our Ford care.
