“I run a business of my own and needed multiple jobs done that requires someone with more expertise and hardware/tools and patience than most computer shops have and he went out of his way to look up the model numbers of everything that I needed and quote me out and even shared some knowledge with me which was much appreciated and I asked him several questions that probably took him away from the other stuff that he may have been doing at the time and he was happy to answer each one of them with an exceptional amount of knowledge of the subject and what may and may not entail in taking on such a job and that speaks volumes coming from the owner I will definitely be getting back with him on a huge amount of CPU socket replacements and a few other things”

“Rays, has been my only radio tech for about 20 or 30 years. Prior to my getting out of trucking. ( due to my shattering my back ) If my radio broke. Always my own stupidity. In a W9. They have horrible grounds. So Id toast my radio or box. I actually gave one to Ray as a wall hanger. He used to say he'd never saw a radio struck by lightning. He can't say that anymore. Ha
If my radio went down.
I would just grab a 29 Cobra till I made it to his location. Id get that 29 tweeked and peeked with talk back.
He didn't know why. But I'd give it to some young hand. Who had just starting in trucking.
Sadly he doesn't do ham radios. But as a ham radio operator. I know 90% of the old guys. Can be very difficult.

“They have moved to the truck wash by the chrome shop. 4201 Petro Rd.I already had my cb but needed everything else. Wizard suggested an antenna and had him put everything in. Looks like it came stock and nice clean setup. Will definitely be back. He even checked my radio for free just to make sure everything was good.”
