There was only 1 cashier and the checkout line was ridiculous long. I shopped the store for about 20 minutes & the line was even longer by the time I checked out. Management only came out because the cashier requested change. Customers started asking if the cashier could get some help. Management went back into the office & came back about 3 minutes later to assist.

There is a lady by the name of Pauline or Paulina she's a cashier at this site she's very rude disrespectful and has no communication skills to be upfront working with the public and as long as this lady is in this store I will not spend my hard earned money I don't care if it's $2 or 23.00 as long as she's in the working at the cash register the female manager that is working today is rude and disrespectful as well as unprofessional I asked for the corporate office number and she told me to Google it and hung up the phone on me. This was at the store in west Memphis on Broadway store 18B. 12-7-2023

Seems like each time I come here they have boxes all over I understand they have to stock shelves but not unload the who truck load in the store they have a back room and could take a few boxes out and put on shelf it's hard to get around especially for disabled people
