I've been traveling cross country and this is the first nice place I've stayed. The staff was very nice on check in. The room was not only clean but actually had very nice mattresses and pillows for me (and my dogs). The room is nicely appointed with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, closer with iron and ironing board, hair dryer and a nice compliment of soaps, shampoo etc. Nice big towels too.The free breakfast was an actual breakfast! I guess that's why they call it Southern hospitality! For the rest of my trip I'm going to try and stay at this chain as the other major ones have been very disappointing. The only downside is the area. Two people screaming outside and the smell of dope but that's just the location. Otherwise it was a very nice stay!

I’d leave zero stars if I could. The room was disgusting. Even my dog was horrified. The floors hadn’t seen a mop in months, according to the greasy buildup and old glitter. There was a collection of dirt in all the corners. The yellow chair was caked with black grime and one arm had a softball sized chunk missing from it. We didn’t even sleep in the bed, instead opting to sleep on top of the covers, wishing to touch as little as possible. All in all, pick literally anywhere else.

Place for cockroaches as well. You get what you pay for and okay to stay for a night during long travel and need a hop stop for the night. Rooms are okay but kinda smelly. Found cockroaches in the room and bathroom. Everything is old and broken ( the water tap kept leaking). Break fast was good and much appreciated.Walkability: Walkable to a Casio and shops.

Bad Customer service no working heat in room 256 no working phone in room 111 no working phone or lights in room 160. Yes I was forced to stay In a hotel for a few days, durning my stay I was moved to three different room because of the issues above and more such as all the rooms above was very nasty, the floors, walls and doors are cover in filth. After finally being able to report my issue to staff I was told there was nothing that could be done! I am very dissatisfied with my stay and it made me feel very nasty and unsafe because of the dirty rooms none working phones and lack of proper furnace was very unpleasant. They need a state inspection!Rooms: Are very dirty!Nearby activities: Casino in the next parking lot and margaritas is next door

We stayed one night at this hotel after a long day of air travel, checking in at nearly 11 pm just about dead on our feet. Frankly, if it hadn't been so late and we hadn't been so tired, we probably wouldn't have kept our reservation here. From the minute we walked into the funky-smelling room, our eyes met yet another thing that made us think "dear lord, we paid $92 to stay in this room?" As you can see from the pics, the lamp bases were rusty, there was some kind of candy wrapper (and assorted yuck) in under the sink, random dirt on the doors, part of the ceiling falling off and another stain of some kind up there (god only knows what), no idea what was on the blue wall beside the head of the bed, the faucet was grungy, Lord knows what was sprayed across the frame and glass on the picture on the wall, and at some point in the 6 hours we were there (which was probably about 5 hours and 45 minutes too long), the entire front of the air conditioning unit just....fell off. The bedding was comfortable and SEEMED okay, but we're keeping an eye out for critters, just in case. We did, however, both sleep partially (or in my case almost entirely) clothed, just to be safe. We didn't even take a shower this morning because home is just a couple of hours away, and we didn't want to stay in this room one minute longer than we had to. This isn't just one bad housekeeper. This is a long time of housekeeping and maintenance neglect. This hotel did have a few positives. Check in and out were quick, there is a clean new Exxon station almost directly across the road, there is a Mexican restaurant right next door, and the casino is pretty well right there. Additionally, our room was quiet (although from other reviews I've read, we were lucky that was the case.) Frankly, we expect better from Wyndham properties. I can say without any hesitation, DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL. I'm pretty sure you can get a cleaner room just about anywhere else.

Upon entering our room for the first time, we were greeted with solid human waste in the toilet. The maintenance man said he would talk to someone about it. Room was obviously dirty. In the picture with the dirty wipe, that was from me wiping down the bathtub because I knew it wasn't clean. In one of the pictures, I had to edit it because my camera wasn't picking up on the dirt on the bathtub. The shower head looked like it had mold or mildew on it and hadn't been cleaned in a long time (as did other things). I never took a shower the whole time we were there. The caulk on the tub looked like it had black mold on it. The bathroom sink stopper didn't work and it didn't drain properly. The inside looked disgusting and broken. There were questionable stains on the walls, bathroom door, and on the side of the bed's table facing inward to the bed. The sheets were tucked in way too much and the mattress was too hard and made me have pain in my side. The pillows were lumpy and flat. The hair dryer, coffee maker, and a/c unit need to be replaced altogether with how nasty they were. The building looked like it was falling apart. Parts of rusted metal on ground. Not quiet whatsoever. We heard people screaming, fighting, cussing at each other, dogs barking, mentions of police being called, cigarette smoking even though I thought we were in a non-smoking section of the place (I have asthma and bad allergies). Loud, trashy cars. Windows broken out of them with plastic to cover the window. This is right outside of Memphis, I might add, where this happens all day and night every day and night. The casino across the street had a huge, empty parking lot with a bunch of trash in it and just the area as a whole. So much litter. Very much a seedy area with seedy people. Nobody seemed friendly. In one of the pictures, somebody let their dog defecate on the balcony where people walk, right in between two security cameras. Who knows if they even worked or were being checked properly. There was no security on site. When we called to request more cups, a roll of toilet paper, and another bath towel, we were just told over the phone from the front desk, "We don't give out cups." And while I was thanking her anyways, she just hung up. We never had someone from housekeeping come by to give us even the toilet paper roll or bath towel, so we had to go up to the front desk to get them ourselves. Front desk staff weren't that friendly. The manager seemed to be cool though and listened to our concerns. The laundry room was as I expected - not great. Not that clean. There was 1 chair that was way below the counter. Only one dryer worked (nobody told us about this beforehand) and didn't return any coins. These are coin-only machines. The inside of them didn't look dirty at least. But it's $2 per wash, $2 per dry, unless you select other options differing from normal, which I think were $2.50 per load. You would be much better off going to a laundromat with a great rating that has the large commercial units and app or card pay. We had to get more change, so we called the front desk and asked about it. Went up there and I told the woman at the front desk about us calling to get change and she said, "Did you need it?" Like yes... that's why we asked. Not that friendly and it didn't look like she put on hand sanitizer or anything before touching the change right after she had been eating with her hands. The cashier at the gas station across the street was nice and it looked to be clean and well stocked. The Domino's in Marion took an hour or longer to deliver only 16 piece wings and a 20oz coke to us, even though it was only 9 minutes away. Not worth it. The Mexican restaurant right by the hotel wasn't good either. The waffle and pancake restaurant was though and I got 2 country fried steaks, eggs, and hash browns for a good price.Big River Crossing is nearby, but honestly I didn't want to go considering I've been before and it doesn't look safe, and there

The room was ok. I do believe that they could have been cleaner. Also, there were several live bugs that I had to kill during my stay. Would recommend investing in a better pest control company. I likely will never stay at this hotel again. The breakfast was good and the staff member who checked me in was friendly and even remembered the reason for my trip and asked my son how he enjoyed seeing monster trucks. Also, needs a good painting as there was paint peeling from the ceiling I think that was a first time for I ever saw that in a hotel room.

I am here for a fire. I know it isn't the best but till a few days ago I was happy. Since Sunday I got asked to move to a new remodeled room. This room is horrible. The blinds were broke in my bedroom so people could see in. Went down Sunday and asked them to put up something. The water leaks in here in both sinksThe dressers I told then were messed up. I asked about what to do was told to wait and talk to the lady. No problem next day she is unpleasant with me. I asked can i borrow a cart to move. Nope only employees can use tbose. Well i work too. So it takes me till Tuesday at 1 to get wverything moved and cleaned. Today the Manager named Amy comes and tells me i tore up the blinds. For what why. These are cheap blinds had i messed them up i would have just said something and asked if i could replace them. I got told i wad a liar. Nothing i have brought to them has been fixed. And then while walking away this woman says are you paying for your dog. Well i have been here a while. Told yall i had him and paid for him even though he is q service dog. I have never been so insulted and humiliated. Been called a liar a thief i mean what is this over some blinds??

My room was nasty, and it was some type of pill just laying on the floor. Dust was everywhere, the mirrors were nasty, and the sink and tub drained so slow. While taking a shower, I had enough water to take a bath because of the draining.Breakfast was great!!Beds was comfortable!!The front desk clerk was fantastic!!!If you're just looking for a place to crash for a night after a long drive by all means the bed is just what you need, but if you're going to be there for a few days don't do it.

The location was the ONLY redeeming quality this hotel had.First when we arrived I asked if there was a first floor room to be assigned to and was literally ignored by the front desk associate. The room we were assigned to on the second floor (240) was an obvious "pet friendly" room, which is not usually a big deal since we have pups at home but there were noticeable paw prints on the bed sheets, a dried urine puddle at the corner of the bed on the floor and multiple furniture items that had chunks missing and chew marks on them. None of the flooring had been swept or mopped as when we pulled out the nasty chair(brown/yellow in color and hole in the arm from being a play toy) in the room there was a pile of trash behind it. Plus the urine puddle. The weather stripping around the doors were non-existent. You saw daylight and nightlights throughout the entire frame of it.We ended up purchasing our own sheets and cleaning supplies for the remainder of the stay as we booked through a third party and couldn't get a refund.

Very passable for a night's stay. It's not nice or fancy but it's clean and the bed was very comfortable. They have smoking and non smoking rooms available. It was quiet enough at night. Definitely secure your stuff at night but I didn't feel unsafe. The breakfast was satisfactory. I would stay here

The location was great. That was about it. Cracks in the floor of the room, roaches all over outside, dog poop on the sidewalk outside our room (for 2 days). DO NOT STAY HERE!! I wish I would have read these reviews prior to booking.
