Poor customer service. Store representatives are not able to cancel your service if needed. Phone customer service was very difficult to communicate.

Was paying 55 a month for 100gb hotspot. internet stopped working. turns out i've been switched to the 50gb plan for the same price now. no way. internet wasn't even that good anyway. NEXT

Things were going ok till the second lady arrived.Went in to see if they could do something about this cricket phone, having problems charging it. (think it's just one of those bad phones) was going to add my grandson to my plan, then add his mom on the 16th of next month. The first lady had started working on getting it done. The second female started telling me what I was going to HAVE TO DO. It went downhill fast. I took my phone and grandsons phone back and left....

A sorry excuse of a man should not work doing customer service. I was in store for 5 minutes before the guy came back in the store. Then he just sat down got on his phone and said what you need ma’am. Wasn’t helpful at all, so when I asked for the name of manager or someone who could help, he he don’t know call 611. Guess if it’s not an easy task he can’t do it. I will be switching phone companies

Went in to get a replacement phone. Lady at the counter made a big deal about me using my insurance. Tried to explain that I needed my service and a working phone that day. Still ended up leaving the cricket store empty-handed. Still have no phone. All I wanted to do is replace what I had so I could have the phone up and running. It's cool to try to save customers money it's not cool to use that as an excuse not to serve them. Absolutely rediculous

It was around February of 2021, I went to this location and purchased a Nokia Device. This device had a price tag of 10$ plus taxes and fees.I was overcharged approximately $139 as a round up from the manager, and swindled into purchasing a Phone Case for this same device by one of the managers colleagues. The Case cost me 20$ as an extra for me not being able to get my money back when the transaction was over.These people were real rude to me. So rude to the point where I Know that these same people are monitoring my whole device. It's kinda frightening to know that people have access to these types of features I right at the touch of their fingertips.I'm a smart Man now. Shame on you Cricket Wireless... #NOSTARSFORYOU
