This location is one of two great terminals. It's not the place itself, but the caring staff inside of it. They are very knowledgeable, professional, and approachable. The staff function as a team. They are constantly striving to make drivers stay comfortable and pleasant. There is no ending to their service regardless of the issue. They are more than willing to listen attentatively to the driver and assist with a solution. I really enjoy going to this terminal. I appreciate all they do each day. Thank you for being so supportive.

Lots of parking at terminals, great people, money to be made, great atmosphere, free showers and laundry facilities, & they try to keep you moving. Been here nearly 2 yrs & can't find a reason to leave. Moved to be closer.

As OTR drivers this facility is clean and well maintained, plenty of showers for the drivers and free laundry facilities. They will even supply the soap. Coffee 24/7 and lemonade.

Everything seems to be good at this terminal. It was my first time there and like I said everything was good. The staff was very friendly, everything inside was clean and neat. Thanks to all the dispatchers and maintenance crew for a job well done.

Love this terminal..everyone is so nice..manager Angela is awesome as are the girls in dispatch…the new cleaning guy does a great job..bathrooms and showers always clean as is the break area..our absolute favorite terminal

Great terminal rivals Joplin in terms of it's location, has a nice lil weight room, plenty of showers, large lounge, ATM.

I love this CFI terminal. Been coming here for years, and it’s always immaculate clean and has 2 driver lounges. The dispatchers are always friendly and accommodating, and this place feels like home. There’s lots of food choices a short BT away, and for those who like to watch the greyhounds, the casino down the street is the place.

This is what a trucking terminal should be, lounges, gym, washing your clothes in the laundry, washing your AZ in the shower. Plenty of room to park and manuevuer. There wifi in the building, small microwave and ice machine, a few recliners, tvs, vending machines, ATM. Dispatch here is good and knowledgeable. Fuel island with Def, scales. Yeah CFI as a whole is doing it right. Wish we had more terminals like this one and Joplin. Laredo and Taylor are a bit too small for my tastes but the company is growing, new terminal in Dallas soon, if it emulates this one everything would be just great.
