If I could give them less than one star I would. They will rip you off. They will give you the run around. They will hold your vehicle hostage after paying the outrageous bill they charge you for doing absolutely nothing. Do not trust them with towing, service or anything else.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received at Brasfield's Body Shop. Billy handled my State Farm claim quickly and professionally. Upon completion of the job I was extremely pleased with the quality of work. This was my second experience with Billy and I will not hesitate to use him again if ever needed.

Trash place. We're told it would cost $155 to pick up vehicle today, went to pick it up and they are charging an additional 45 saying storage fee for the day, when it's been there just a few hours, an additional 45 for them to come get it out plus a 10.7% tax Not a trustworthy place.
