Traveling cross the country, my wheelbearing went,I found Bayird Dodge as closest dealer to my location.....Josh took my truck right into service ,seeing how worried I was. The wonderful mechanics fixed and replaced what was needed and got me on my way...with 1200.miles to drive.Very grateful for Josh and team at Bayird Dodge Ram...5 star service and very kind people..Thank you so much!Patrick Alemi

I called to get service due to recall and check engine light causing no heat to work on a hybrid while charged, 2 years ago it’s just a part to replace to fix. So appointment was set a month ago for 2 weeks ago, so had to wait 2 weeks, then day of appointment called and told mechanic is off work and can’t get serviced and to just bring in van for them to get codes from check engine and wrote up the service order and mechanic would call back for when to bring in. Week later no call so I called and told again she would talk to mechanic and call me back when she knows, another week later still no callback and no clue. So not sure how i’d even want to shop for a vehicle here if it can’t even be looked at properly or any communication

I'm surprised because when I go to a dealership, I do not expect a small building with a small garage in the back. That could only fit maybe 5 or 6 vehicles.They sent out mass mailers, and I was a sucker for responding to it, but hey, I still got a five dollar bill anyway just for showing up.

I would actually give 0 stars tbh because of the public pyramid scheme you guys are having people thinking they won money to drive way out to come try and sell them a vehicle that’s desperate for a sale if you ask me, and I normally don’t get upset but I feel like if you’re going to advertise be truthful because it’s alot of people actually needed that money but to each its own this guy brings out 5dollars and say thanks for coming out like come on now, ????. I pray the company sells millions of vehicles just noted stop false advertising it makes the dealership look bad……Talking bout Dealopoly smh

Service center never answers the phone. No exaggeration - no matter the time of day. I’d rather drive 40 minutes out to Bartlett since this is a reflection of how they prioritize customers.

Im not a paying customer. My FORD car broke down in their parking lot and every 5 minutes, someone new was outside asking if there was anything they could do to help. They checked my battery for me & tried to boast me off. They offered for us to come inside.The first worker to help, helped manually put my car in neutral & helped me push it into a parking spot.My car eventually had to be towed, but all we had was a trailer. So another SALES MAN came out & helped us get the winch on the car, it snapped in half so he got his brand new truck, put a tire in between that & my car & pushed it up the trailer, not thinking the person driving the car up the trailer didn't have enough room to get out so they MANUALLY rolled my window down & got them out!!LETS NOT FORGET TO MENTION IT WAS 102 degrees outside!!I was so very blessed to have them around today. They were so much help & I wasn't even looking to buy, nor a paying customer!!

This dealership claims to “impress”, well they have disappointed and disheartened me. They have had my car since March to try and fix an issue. I have not gotten ONE phone call from them about the status of my car. My husband has to call and go up there for updates. They have no idea what they are doing and the customer service is lackluster at best. Do NOT visit this dealership. Do NOT take your vehicle there to be serviced. You won’t get the answers or customer service you deserve.

I took my 2022 Ram 1500 to Bayird to have the AC repaired. The part was backordered and they said they would call me when it came in. After about 6 weeks I called and they said it would be another week. After two more weeks I called again and they sent me to parts department and she couldn't find the order. She said the technician would call me the next morning. After two days and no call from technician, I called and asked to speak to the Service Manager and was put on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up. I called Chrysler Customer Care to see if they could help get the part. They call Bayird to get the order information so they could try and expedite it and were told the part had never been ordered.

I went here to get my car serviced but since my SRT8 was a 2011 they refused to work on my car. We don’t work on anything that old they said. Taking my business elsewhere
