Took our vehicle up there bc it wouldn’t start. Called two weeks after being told we would get a call the next day just to be told that we need to come get our car. We called a tow truck and went up there just to find out our back glass had been shattered and they knew but just couldn’t inform us. Sloppy.

Most horrible experience with this place. On 07/21/2023, after they couldn’t repair my daughter’s rim, they wouldn’t give her the rim back. They said they didn’t have to and claimed they didn’t have it. Mind you, my daughter saw a worker take her rim to the back. My daughter was driving with my son-in-law and granddaughter home to Houston, Tx. They were a long ways from home and these folks were playing games. Cops said it was a civil matter when obviously it was a theft matter. Cops wouldn’t do anything. Told us we had to sue them. My daughter left their establishment and not long after got a call back from them saying they could go pick up the rim. Almost 7 hours dealing with this place. P.S. If you’re not white, do not go to this place or you’ll get the same treatment. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

BASKINS Tire on Avalon in West Memphis put a tire on my car backwards. Tire wore down after one year because of the tire being put on incorrectly. Charged almost $200 for one tire. Be aware, the guy up there was rude when I took my car back for him to look at it. Go somewhere else to purchase a tire because they get your money and give you defective merchandise.

The man at the front desk is extremely rude. Called with questions and it apparently was an inconvenience to him. I was hung up on midsentence. Very poor customer service.

Great and quick service. Had a blown tire 1 hour into an 8 hour trip. Called them up and they told us they had what we needed. Hunter changed the tire in about 10 minutes filled up the other tires(including our donut) with air. Then he put back the donut for us. All in all we only lost about a half hour. So grateful.

They was very friendly. But when I got in may car, my floor mats were soiled with grease. Im going to have to throw them away. I hate that because they came with the car... If I decide. To go back, I will put plastic on the mats.. Oil change, 88.00 tire rotation 25.00.

I was passing through on a road trip when I needed service on my car and was referred to Baskins. Steve Baskins was very kind and friendly, and he made time for his staff to look at my car that day and fix the problem so I could resume my trip without much delay. He didn't up-charge me either for the work. I had a very good experience with the service there.

The worst ever. The worst person there is Tim the manager ( the brother of the owner as he said). Very rude and impolite.

The owner's are rude and misleading. I left my vehicle for a diagnostic test, under the impression of one cost. When I returned to pick up my vehicle. I had a outrageous bill and the vehicle was not repaired. I was not made aware of any cost or repairs before they were completed. The owner's called the police and was rude to the police officer as well. I don't advise anyone to use them for any type of service, not even the free air.

Baskins saved the day for our family! We got a flat 20 minutes into a 7.5 hour road trip, and not a single tire shop around had what we needed until we called Baskins! They got us in right away, an hour before closing, and went above and beyond with their customer service. We are so grateful to have found them!

On Monday, Feb. 28th Took 2020 Toyota Camry to have a gently used tire placed on a new rim. Left the old tire/rim at home that had the stem on it. Went home picked that up came back, paid them $150 to put gently used tire on the new rim and balance all 4tires. Every appeared to be ok. I did not notice that they didn’t put my old tire(which was in good condition back in my trunk along with the old rim)z my plan was to get another new rim and put that tire on it and keep it for my spare tire. Anyway, I Went home and the next morning/Tuesday, March 1st the tire was flat. Got off work late so had to take car back to the Wednesday morning/March 2nd. Was told if stem was bad they would fix at no cost. Was told of tire was bad them I’d have to pay up have it fixed. They say tire had small hole in it but only drove car home after I left their shop. I thought tires are normally checked for leaks/holes when fixed at the shop. Anyway, I would expect someone to stand behind thei work especially if it was less than 24 hours after the repair. For quality customer service and the idea of keeping a new customer, I would have expected some type of compromise. You get a new tire and I will install for free or at least half price by no such offer.** also, they were not able to account for what happened to my old tire. Say that Sat it outside so someone may have come by and picked it up. I’m sure that someone worked for them because that tire had great tread left on it!This pandemic has really exposed the work ethic/customer service of these businesses and their employees!I would not recommend this business to my enemy if I had one!
