We are traveling and had the check engine and another light go on. We found Baskins and the service desk was great assured us they could diagnose and fix our problem. Sure enough the service technician found the issue and had us back on the road in 2 hours. Thanks guys. Great job! These two Michigan travelers are grateful for your quick and efficient service.

$300 for a $100 wheel/rim repair if that tells you anything. Also, they closed the shop early forcing me to Uber 40 mins home and back the next day. Without notice. The next day, staff declined to compensate me for that EXPENSIVE inconvenience. The undertones were very much “not my problem”. I went here because there were open before 8/work, but I would have been better off missing wages at work. Was the repair done ? Sure! Yes. I appreciate that. But would I recommend ? Unfortunately not based on in-professionalism & lack of customer service

Had a fuel pump replaced there twice, ended up taking it else where and had it replaced with gm part. Using cheaper parts and I’m out 900$ for the entire job. At least I know this time it won’t go out in a month…

Our usual spot didn't have a hydraulic press, couldn't complete the repair we needed. We have used Baskins before, and they were both honest and practical. Took our car in for brakes and a wheel bearing. It took less than a day and was more affordable than they originally quoted. VERY happy for their service! Will use again.

I left my car with them for some routine maintenance. I asked them to replace my brakes, replace the tires, an alignment, and an oil change. They promptly called me to notify me that my brakes had a lot of life left and asked me if I wanted to hold off on that! Everything was done in about 3 hours! The estimate was accurate, they were honest and the work was done in a timely manner. I'm so thankful to have found them! They definitely seem like genuine people and I will be back, as well as recommending them to friends and family!

I went in for a oil change I was leaving needing body work.They said my bumber was falling off. I know for a fact that it wasn't.IF it was he should have let me checked it out before they decided to fix it on they own.What they really did was broke something and tried to cover it up by fixing it and messed up even more by me having a big gap on my driver fender and strews down my passenger side fender

Took our vehicle up there bc it wouldn’t start. Called two weeks after being told we would get a call the next day just to be told that we need to come get our car. We called a tow truck and went up there just to find out our back glass had been shattered and they knew but just couldn’t inform us. Sloppy.
