I was very pleased as I shopped this morning at Auto Zone. The associate who helped me was knowledgeable and very helpful I also noticed the interaction she had with 2 other customers. She was very kind and helpful to all. I was impressed.

Went by this store to get a diagnostic test done on my car. The staff was very professional, nice & kind to me. They were able to answer all of my questions & they were quick. A great place to go for all of your car needs.

Went into get a windshield wiper, purchased one that was too long and brought it back in to get a shorter one. Told a nice man what I was doing and grabbed a shorter one, handed it to my husband to try on outside while I was looking for someone at the counter with the one that was too long in my hand. Then heard “What are you doing” by a woman cashier I didn’t even see. While trying to explain what I was doing and getting interrupted and scolded the best way I can describe the experience - it felt I was 16 years old again about to get grounded for a month. I was in complete shock of this whole experience. She DEMANDED me to get the other one he was trying to make sure fit. Exact words “Go get the other one!” The reason for me going to the counter was to see if they needed the packaging or even exchange since they were same brand / same price. “All of them need to be accounted for!” I walked out and my husband brought in the packaging for the one that fit. Which is what I was going to do. Nice as pie to my husband though. This was by far the worst retail experience I’ve ever had and this b**** who thought she was my mama does not need to be in customer service.

I had to get a battery jumped for my car to get to the store. I walked in and asked for my battery to be tested to check if I needed to be replaced. Terry was super friendly, helpful and professional! She tested the battery confirming it had a bad cell and replaced the battery for me! *Pro tip* buy a battery from Autozone because they will have your purchase saved in their system. I forgot I bought a battery from a different location in 2021, their records showed my purchase and the battery was still under warranty. It got replaced for free! Thank you Terry for your smiling and friendly service!
