DJ is 100 at this AT&T Store in West Memphis. He was kind, knowledgeable and helpful. He engaged in conversation during my time in the store and walked me to the door. AT&T needs more people like DJ.

I just left the store. There were 6 employees standing around the front table doing absolutely nothing as there were no customers in store. I walk 3 feet into the store and an employee named Reagan introduces herself. I’m trying to tell her I need my screen protector replaced and she quickly shuts me off to say I need to do it online. Then came a frenzy of questions, “what phone do you have? What screen protector is it?” I can’t even think because she’s aggressively asking the questions and not giving me time to answer. I tell her I’m trying to open my email to show her the protection plan I purchased through them and she again shuts me down saying “I don’t need to show her an email. It’s probably bodyguards and to go online to do it” meanwhile another employee is co-signing in the back. Well guess what? It’s not bodyguards and it’s the ATT tempered glass protector and now I have no idea how to get my replacement screen protector. So I wasted my time walking in to not be listened to and instructed to go away like a child. I’m furious! I’ve been a customer since 2020 and the customer service use to be exceptional, with Aleicia. Now it’s laziness and rudeness. I’ll never step foot in that store again and make sure everyone else knows as well!

Javarione assisted me with billing. I was so upset when I entered the building. He explained everything to me and was very detailed. His manager Tashuna even went the extra mile and viewed the billing as well. I left the building feeling knowledgeable and better.Javarione and Tashuna truly turned my lemons into lemonade.

I visited the store on 06/24/2023 to get a replacement screen protector and no one was helpful. The manager was called and still no help with my issue. She did not check the system to try and fix the issue but instead she spoke to me as if I was asking for a hand out. Her statement was “on my previous visits they were over riding the system”. No customer service.

If you want good service and a knowledgeable staff just go ahead and bypass this location. The staff is rude and uninviting. Anytime I’ve ever taken a chance to go into this location for the sake of convenience, I just have to turn around and drive to Memphis to avoid getting upset. Today I went in to have my lifetime screen protector replaced and to purchase a hotspot to work on the go. I would gave the lady who greeted me a chance but her energy was just flat out bad and she didn’t seem at all interested in helping me. I asked if the bald guy (I forget his name) would be in today, she said he no longer worked here and that was my red flag to just leave. The last time I allowed someone other than him to help switch my device I couldn’t use my phone for days and was disrespected so bad before the bald guy fixed it. I said well can we at least change the protector and I’ll wait on the hotspot. She said she couldn’t do it because she had to stand at the fore and the other person couldn’t do it because she was new and in training. I had to leave because I couldn’t get service basically. Customer Service is just not something to expect these days and it’s just sad.

Received terrible service, the salesperson left the phone transferring and never came back. Didn’t give any documentation of trade in, went back to store and she hadn’t even did the $800 trade in.
