They recently recovered a truck from the company I work for and they stored it until the company figured out how they wanted to navigate. The office manager is very knowledgeable and HONEST about EVERYTHING and willing to work with however a company or driver decides to handle whatever situation that put them in need of this company and its services..

The tow driver helped me out a lot towed me 30 miles to a dealer to get a cpu system fixed the other one didn’t have the time so he brought us there they a very helpful

Writing this review to help out A-1 Wrecker and Diesel's ratings, since they are unfortunately being dragged down with the other A-1 towing due to a similar name. This company is not affiliated with the predatory A-1 towing that many of you have seen in the news. As I small business owner myself I can understand the devastation this has caused to this company.

I wasn't a victim of their scam operation luckily. Almost though. Pulled into an empty parking lot to park for my 10. Luckily I pulled in during the day and I noticed a sign after I parked. I walked over and read the sign and paid to park as instructed. No signs entering lot, and sign was not visible at night for trucks entering after dark. 4 trucks total in the truck lot as I left at 2am. Word has gotten around and you are ruining business for a lot of these places. Seriously, just make the signs visible and enough of them. Not a big deal. If we don't pay after all that then that's on us and we understand that. But booting trucks that honestly didn't see the pay for parking is just wrong. As the owner of this business, you are directly putting your employees in danger. Have some self respect and respect for others seriously.
