Good crew. Did good work. I have two diesel trucks and they were my mechanics for 7 years. I needed another repair and out of the blue they let me know that their new policy is to only work on vehicles newer than 2004. Kind of hung me out to dry.Services: Steering & suspension repair

This shop had a great opportunity to Really make some money off me. Brought my bus in for a new turbocharger, convinced ours was on the way out after a nerve-wracking low power issue and a loud whining, siren-like sound “indicative of turbo failure”Long story short; the turbo was fine, the guys at the shop were honest and polite and didn’t even make fun of me when they told me the issue was that I had installed my air filter upside down XD thanks Cory

I got referred because supposedly this was a PROFESSIONAL and CARING business.I was told to talk directly with Jake Alvarez, and someone answering the phone called COREY was rude and unprofessional.I asked for Jake, and he hung up, I called again, and he hung up again yelling at me. Furthermore, I will let who referred me about this and as Corey said: I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS WITH ME AND DO IT WITH SOMEBODY ELSE.I honestly cannot believe the treatment without me even saying who provided the info and/or why I was calling. I could be from the Better Business Bureau, you know? I could be testing the business customer service, if this is the case then it's an official 1 and that is just because Corey at least answered every time I called back after he hung up.I have never been treated like this when trying to pay for my vehicle to be fixed.I didn't leave a phone, so I don't get harassed by this people, the clientele should know about this.
