I bought my 2017 Chevy Traverse from the nice people at Cavenaugh Jeep Dodge in Walnut Ridge. I must say they really care about they're customers. I have thoroughly enjoyed the customer service that they provide.

I found a vehicle online and called to check availability. They confirmed it was in stockand I went up there to buy it. The sales team is excellent to include the manager. These guys are professional, polite and they care enough to do what it takes to get the job done. Excellent experience.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Took our truck to this dealership to get the u-joints changed and to flush the transmission system. They had the truck for over a week and when I went to pick it up I wasn’t given a receipt for the $1750 I paid and details on what they did to my vehicle. Upon starting the truck the check engine light was on-they ran the codes and said coolant was low. The technician put over 1-1/2 gallons of coolant in and filled it up to the top of the reservoir instead of to the max line(when I was driving home the coolant spilled everywhere because it was too full). I checked the transmission fluid and it was so low it wouldn’t register on the dipstick, I had to buy three quarts of transmission fluid at the parts store to put in before the fluid would even register on the dipstick- when I brought this to the service advisors attention he told me that he was there and they put 8-9 quarts in the truck (it only holds 7). He argued with me the whole conversation. I’m not happy at all. We called several times and each time their answer was “we don’t know what’s going on or how much longer”. We have used this dealership several times in the past and they have been great but the new service crew SUCKS. We will not be going back to Cavenaugh dodge in Walnut Ridge.

Good looking to buy a vehicle I'd recommend recommend cavanaugh rather you looking for a Dodge Chrysler Jeep truck SUV whatever it is you want they can get it the people are amazing

Sometimes we think bigger is better...Big, fancy car lots and buildings w/ lots of people who look very busy. But sometimes they are inattentive or don't know the product they are trying to sell. I found that to be the case in Little Rock recently and, through a friend, ventured to Walnut Ridge, AR - a small town of about 5,300 people - to visit Cavenaugh Chrysler. Wow! What a difference. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional staff welcomed me just like I was family. They brought coffee to me and offered me a snack at midday - fantastic hospitality! My sales person, Jimmy Stevens, knew the Jeep Gladiator, answered all my questions, and got me EXACTLY what I wanted. Whether it's GM, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Hyundai - the next time I'm in the market I will definitely call Jimmy. It was well worth the short drive to Northeast Arkansas to visit this hidden GEM of a dealership. Thank you to Jimmy and all the staff for making the new car buying process not just painless, but altogether a very enjoyable experience. This rating is 5 stars ++!

Emailed about a possible purchase and trade in. Shalisa replied, asked questions about my trade in, replied with a quote which was extremely low. I replied with a counter offer and never received a response to the effect of them not considering the offer or weren't interested. So, they lost a customer they never had.

We traveled an hour to check out a pre-owned truck. The sales person that met with us wasn't very welling or just plan acted as thought we were just a bother. Act as thow we were going to run off with something. When ask to retrieve the keys he held them as thow we planned on running off with the truck. We liked the truck but didn't care for the sales person. So we just went on. If we do decide on the truck we will ask for a different sales person or take our business else where.
