I have usually been able to find what I need, sometimes the people behind the counter act as if I was intruding upon their precious time... My family has spent tens of thousands of dollars here over the past twenty years and I still get the cold treatment at times... However I do know that everyone just has bad days sometimes, I feel that maybe I just went to the store when it was a bad day for them. I will still shop here, I just wish the customer service was a bit better.

Not like Jonesboro or Pocahontas they are slow hardly have what I need when I need it and it's near impossible to get a good contractor discount unless your one of the local good ole boys.
