They don't seem to have their computer updated and keep denying life saving medications. They are calling the wrong doctors even when I give them the correct one and I wonder if they are making a call at all. I almost wound up in emergency because of their refusal to fill my medication and not calling the correct PCP even after I told them. My insurance just told me to go pick up Albuterol and I get there and again get refused. My PCP has that script good until January 2024. May have to change pharmacies or just do mail order. It's bad enough that they don't have a drive-thru when people, like myself are to weak to stand in line only to be refused because their system is messed up. My current PCP called in the script and insurance is okay with it - yet the pharmacy called instead a previous PCP in a different county. This is critical. One more time and I'll make the drive to Fort Smith to get my prescriptions filled. This is life or death and they don't seem to grasp that or care. I'll probably go mail order. I'm a stage 4 cancer patient with side effects from treatment and severe lung issues. The only reason I didn't go into emergency or wind up DEAD is because a neighbor gave me an inhaler.I went through a 200 metered dose in 2 weeks. I got to my oncologist (1.5 hr drive) with oxygen at 92, very low blood pressure and fluid/infection in my lungs. Had to have IV steroids and fluids. My oncologist wound up having to call in the scripts. I was blaming my new PCP and the insurance company. NOPE. It's the pharmacy that nearly had me at a 911 emergency call.

I went to get Covid meds for my mother yesterday. There was a long line, but they took care of customers with "Chic-fil-a speed and efficiency"! They were very polite and professional. The pharmacist and other employees made me feel like a valued customer.

Gotta love it when an associate watches you the entire time you’re doing self-checkout and then wants to see your receipt. He even came over and pretended to be straightening bags of chips next to me. You want them to check receipts, don’t have them hover over customers like a creep.

We are tired of every time we go in the store there are no cashiers! Tonight we actually left a full cart of groceries at the checkout and walked out because there was only 1 cashier! This is not something we would normally ever do!! We do not get paid by Wal-mart to check ourselves out! Please open up more in person cashier check out lanes! I guess we will have to start shopping at Harps and Dollar General where they care about their employees and their customers!

Out of ALL Walmart employees the humans working in the pharmacy r the nicest & most knowledgeable. I go every week & im always treated with the utmost respect. Wish there were more humans like that.

I don't get why people complain. I never have any issues using this pharmacy. People always expect fast and speedy service but it's better to be slow and good quality of service. They just get lot of business
