I have had prescriptions at other drug stores and had nothing but problems but since I have switched to Walgreens VB it has been smooth sailing, the staff is always SO helpful and professional. I am really thankful I switched! Best pharmacy ever!!!

I usually love Walgreens. I have been a customer of theirs for many years filling all of my family's prescriptions there. But as of late, they have decided in the wake of a pandemic to shorten their pharmacy hours even though there are probably more medications being prescribed to patients than ever before period every time I go there to pick up a prescription it is never ready. The laundry list of excuses include we have in short staff. Another would be due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to complete your request at this time . I don't care what your excuses are. My family and my children need their medicine . VA problem Solver. Higher more staff. Decide to be open more hours. There are many ways to get this problem fixed. Overall worst experience I've had at a Walgreens pharmacy in my entire life

Worst pharmacy. They’ll short your medication and then act like you’re in the wrong. They should prob start drug testing their workers weekly

why are you charging 2x's the price for at home covid tests than Walmart and other stores during this time? other stores ran out so you guys jacked up the price! I reported you to the attorney General for price gouging during the pandemic!

i understand that the employees can not control the prices. but i went to get a product that i looked up on there web site and it stated that the price was $1.49. when i got to the store it was $3.49. the cashier told me that was for the one you order on line. but that is not what it said it said it was in stock in store and in stock for shipping for the $1.49. i do know it says online and in-store prices may vary but if i could have ordered it on line for $1.49 to pick up at the store instead of going to the store i should have. So they need to fix this problem before they lose customers. next time i will go somewhere else to pick up products that i need because if they are going to state one price on line and a higher price in store that says you can pick it up at the store for the price on line what is the use of going there.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I've been using this store since it first opened. However, during this pandemic, they require a mask but do not enforce proper wearing of masks. The folks in the pharmacy do, but the workers and more than a few customers were not wearing their masks properly. And if you're not wearing them correctly, you may as not be wearing them at all. I hope to see this corrected.

Good friendly service. Reasonable wait time. However on one occasion the wrong Dr was listed on my prescription bottle. They got it correct on the following prescription.

Waited 4 hours in Van Buren Walgreens only to be told they couldn’t fill my prescriptions For 2 more days because they were out of one of them. I don’t live in Van Buren and live to far away to drive back and forth. The pharmacy needs better and more help. I’ve been with Walgreens since they opened that store. I’m so mad I’m thinking of moving all my prescriptions to another pharmacy. I should have been told they were out of one of my scripts when I dropped off the prescriptions. 2 days and 4 hours is ridiculous.

Things are ok but they keep missing some of my meds that are auto refill i have to wait up to 20 min to get all my meds. I live clear across town and its a waste of gas to have to come all the way back to pick up one medication.

I was on hold for the pharmacy for over 10 minutes which is fine, sometimes they're busy. What was not professional was after it was finally my turn and the line began ringing, they answered and hung up without speaking.
