My experience was way less than satisfactory. They lease out of Jimmy Bell Real Estate. The woman at the desk was condescending. Once I got out of her where the unit was so I could see it, which took some time for her to absorb, the unit has what appears to be a 2 in gap under the door. I was dissappoinmented in the customer service overall and would never recommend Jimmy Bell Real Estate for anything if that is the reception to expect.

It's convenient and for a 10×20 it's only 20 dollars the first month and then it goes to 60 dollars. Plus the customer service is really good.

Opened up account and family member was able to call and get information on account and when it was open....this person was nowhere on the lease...PRIVACY IS NOT IN THEIR VOCAB.!!they told full details
