Worst postal service ever. Keep getting notices that packages are undeliverable because the drivers refuse to go down the dirt drive...then have to wait an extra day to get my packages, which I have to drive into town to get. Have had a couple bad experiences with the rude counter worker as well.

For some reason if it won't fit in the mail box they say no access. Yes I have a gate it has a chain on it but not locked. They can pull in my driveway and honk .

Im not from here but I’m working in the area and staying at an rv park. Sometimes my packages don’t get left because they won’t fit in the mail box. First time I picked up my package the guy at the desk was very nice. Second time was an older guy with a beard(I assume he’s the one everyone else complains about) and he’s incredibly rude and condescending to every customer. I was in Waffle House last week and overheard people talking about how rude he is and how they will not even use this post office anymore because of him. The man needs some serious customer service training or to be fired.

Extremely unimpressed with this post office at first, couldn’t get drivers to come down my driveway for packages even though it’s only 50-100 yards, Brandon the driver manager very unreceptive, unprofessional and hard to talk too, but a couple months later and our main driver now Shawn has really stepped it up and has done a great job delivering packages and is also really nice, also a woman I haven’t got her name has been great on Shawn’s off days. Weekend drivers are still horrible but to be expected I guess.

Horrible. Mostly rude in the office with the exception of one woman that has waited on me before. My carrier told a neighbor (because my box was full) they are sending back my mail and was angry. Other areas I've been in, I get a little courtesy note or sticky. Not this post office. If they throw out my mail that is a federal offence and I will take it up to whatever level I can take it to and try to get that incompetent overpaid carrier fired. Do I need to spell out how inappropriate and unprofessional that carrier is to be complaining about me and my mail to a neighbor?

I like to say that Gary who works the front desk has a poor sense of humor.... I started chatting and was trying to be kind. But when I realized he's over work. The stress of his job shouldn't effect the ability to still maintain customer service... I am sad that he mad me feel like I should had not came in.... I will go to down town Van Buren. Just to avoid contact with Gary. I also wouldn't give a y stars but it requires one...

If I could have given zero stars I would have. Why is it so hard to just speak with your local post office. This is the worst experience that I have ever had trying to get to talk with someone.

I just recently moved to Van Buren and so far have had nothing but a horrible experience with this post office. My drive way is literally 100 yards long and can’t get the lazy drivers to come down it to drop off packages. And if it’s too big to leave in mailbox they leave a pink slip and I have to go pick it up from the post office. Tried to speak to the post master but was told to “buy a box and put it by my mailbox that they were not required to drive up a 100 yard driveway”. So I should spend money on a box because your drivers are too lazy and can’t do their job we pay them to do? I’ve never had an issue with a postal service in my life until I moved here. Not to mention the rude employees. Worst post office ever!! And unfortunately there is nothing that can be done…

I'm so disappointed. My tracking showed my package was delivered, but wasn't in my mailbox. The post office worker could see that it was misdelivered (delivered to the mailbox down the street). Since my friend mailed it with no insurance, I'm just out $15. I don't understand this logic at all. How is it my fault that your postman delivered it to the wrong box? When you can clearly see that he scanned it at the wrong address...

If there was a zero star button they would definitely earn it. Of my entire time of living I have NEVER had an issue with a single post office in my life. Ever since I moved to Van Buren I've had nothing but issues with these people especially when it comes to delivering packages. At first they would just throw them on the ground for my dogs to tear to shreds, then they quit coming to my door at all and just leaving a note in my mailbox to come pick it up myself, now they only come down my driveway when they feel like it and honk the horn, other times just leaving notes in my mailbox. I have called multiple times complaining and I continue to get the run around and different answers from some rude arrogant guy named Brandon who is supposedly the supervisor of the drivers. I can't imagine the post office hiring this guy especially as a supervisor of drivers but if it's true they need a complete change here. It's a complete crap show down there. That's just the start, multiple birthday presents lost, destroyed with no refund etc...
