“I was referred from a church member of the owner and was told how honest and what a great man he was, and that this was definitely the place to go to for getting a vehicle! I searched online, sent a message and was given the info immediately to a sales man Stephen-Paul , I decided not to contact but just to go in person, but the response on the message was very quick! Upon getting to Rose Auto Sales I saw several vehicles that I liked, I test drove one & the salesman Stephen-Paul was a pleasure to work with and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase, checking tire pressure & pulling the car fax immediately on the ones I was interested in! I was not pressured to buy at all, it was a comfortable process which I truly needed with a purchase of this importance! They were truly about the satisfactory and happiness of the customer! “This is as the easiest and best car buying experience I’ve ever had! The car is very reliable and exactly what we wanted! JD and his team took the time to listen and got us exactly what we needed. I picked up the car 2 days before we left on vacation over 1,000 miles one way. Put the car to the test and it drove absolutely amazing! I did notice a couple little things on the vehicle as I was figuring as it’s a used vehicle. I called JD he put me on the schedule and got the things fixed! I was beyond blown away when I showed up to have 3 new tires on my car and no bill it was all covered under the warranty!!! I will continue to do business with them years to come! This experience even trumped buying a brand new vehicle absolutely amazing team!!”
