Jess was amazing! She helped me activate my 5 lines and straightened out the mess I had made trying to do it all online. She was attentive to every customer as soon as they walked through the door and set appropriate expectations on how long the wait would be. She answered all my questions and made great phone recommendations! I was surprised when she said she was an assistant manager. Her service was definitely top notch and I just assumed she was the manager. Thanks Jess for helping me make Christmas amazing for my family!

Was in there for a little bit. Got to watch Athena work with other customers before me. She is an amazing lady and very customer friendly. She took the time to walk the ones before me through some of there new apps they have. They was very happy with her service and I was just in awe of how she worked with them. And then she took care of me and got me all fixed up. Athena is a great asset to your team.

Store associate Max ordered me the incorrect device (iPhone 13 instead of the iPhone 13 mini I wanted) after confirming multiple times what device I wanted and him confirming that it was indeed the iPhone 13 mini. (Also the wrong device ordered was more expensive) Which led to multiple days of emotional distress between the store and phone customer service. Would not recommend neither Sprint nor T-mobile as their customer service is not friendly at all. Manager Jess told me that it takes about 3-5 associates for my issues to be resolved so that says a lot about the company. Store manager Athena is the only associate who has been able to help and has been amazing in rectifying the mistake and trying her best to get everything resolved. (One person out of the 19, yes 19 representatives I’ve had to talk to between the hang ups, instore associates and chat specialists to get assistance). This could have all been avoided had the original associate took the time to ensure he ordered the correct phone.

We went to get old phone number on husband's new phone and this girl Jess went out of her way to get the problem fixed. She had to get on with tech support and old phone company and she did it in no time at all. She was great, I would give her a 10.

This girl Jess Díaz don't know what she's doing or how to treat customer ,i wanted a galaxy watch and she add two more lines to my account, i called customer service and they ask me to get a refund from store,they refused instead they wanted to call the police on me,i have been with t mobil for 9 years and this is the first time this happens to me.this all happens @van buren store Fayetteville rd Arkansas.

Had to sit for a couple of hours, but they were super busy; and all the ladies were trying as hard as they could and got us everything we wanted. They are amazing and very knowledgeable.

Never received service. I understand that both employees were assisting othe customers. They did acknowledge us as we walked in. However they did not glance or speak to us again for 20 minutes so we left. I loved this store when it was Sprint. Those employees sure were great at customer service!

I visited this store today and bought a case for my girlfriends phone. Athena was sooooo helpful. Very friendly and professional and advised me about the sales they had on cases and told me about their plans and rates for service. I’m currently an AT&T customer but was looking and thinking of switching. If all your employees are like Athena it think I’ll switch! Great experience today in your store. Thank you.
