Came into the store this morning and I was a little tired, don’t know if it showed on my face. Anyway from the moment I walked till the time I checked out every member of their staff said “good morning, how are you?” To me that means so much! You go to any other store and they barely acknowledge you. So to all the staff at this store I say awesome job! That is what real customer service looks and feels like! ??

Expensive but they have a lot of specials. Nice produce. The best thing is their checkers are very nice.

I'm visiting my daughter. Harps is local, within easy walking distance. So it is convenient. The other store is Walmart, and that's a drive. Harps is more expensive, so it might not make sense to buy everything there. But it is convenient.There are no robots for you to check yourself out; they have real people to do it the old fashioned way. You might like that.They do have everything a full grocery should have.

I went here for years ago when I lived in VB a mili-moment and recently visited again. It appears Harps has either bought or replaced it. The building no longer says CVs but Harps. It's a bit rough as far as crowd but I found what I needed quickly and it's very clean.

I went in to get lunch and ask about hiring my 14 yr old. I asked the lady at the deli as she was getting my food. She said she didn't know, another lady with a solid braid chimed in saying no, because of the USDA, I ask her where she's getting her information she said she just knows from working with the USDA. She actually said it was a USDA law. I asked what law and she got mad and started arguing. I asked if that goes for fast food because my daughter worked at a fast food place when she was 14. Lady said, with an attitude, the law was only for grocery stores. I think she was lying through her teeth and didn't really know what she was talkin about. She kept arguing I just left my lunch at that point. Needless to say I won't be going back to that harps
