I really appreciate the speed & willingness of the service department in getting my vehicle in for a tire repair. Not only did they repair the tire- but they did not charge me ! I really highly recommend this dealership & their service department.

Jerry greeted me by my first name when I took my dodge charger in for a oil change and tire rotate he was very pleasant and when completed he told me it was passed due for brakes. He spoke with Ronnie and we agreed to make an appointment however we got them replaced for less than 200.00 labor included. He’s a good guy for what position he holds. And we will continue to use Rhodes always requesting Jerry.Thanks Jerry keep up the good work.

Will never go here. Grandparents SUV was towed there. My Grandparents would call for a week with them saying they do not know what the problem is or can't find it. Which means they have not looked at it. I decided to go get my Grandparents SUV and take it somewhere else. When I got there the mechanic said it had a bad alternator and wires. Needed a new one. Towed it to the next shop and they found that there was nothing wrong with the alternator and just the wire was loose. They tightened the connection and run good. They obviously like to rip off people. So beware taking a car there. Ask for the old part to get tested.

Very disappointed this time, 3 hrs. for an oil change and tires. I had bald tires and I trust them to keep me safe. I Get oil change about every 5 weeks and though they checked them and all my fluids. very upset

We had a flat in the state van-stopped 3 places to air up the spare tire we put on! We pulled into Rhodes Chevrolet-They aired up the spare tire no charge Excellent customer service and awesome coffee to warm us up! Thank you for your polite and courteous staff!

Worked at Rhodes for 19 years. They have some of the greatest people working there. Rhodes does quality work, sells cars at a fair price and has been family owned and operated for over 70 years. Go see Grant Neal for a new or used car and see Jeff Baxter in Service to keep that car running smooth. You won't regret doing business at Rhodes.
