I went to the O'Reilly's on Alma highway for batteries for my key fobs. I'm totally new and doing this and needed assistance. A very kind man named Joe helped me out. I also needed some fuel additive and not only did he give me his expert advice he actually went outside and put it in my car. Joe went above and beyond. Old school... Just my style. Joe gave the kind of friendly service that you don't see often these days. I'll definitely be a full-time customer at the Van Buren O'Reilly's on Alma highway! Thanks a lot Joe. ??????☺️

I have lived in Crawford County for 36 years lived in alma up until this year and moved to Vanburen. Being a new resident of Vanburen I needed a engine light looked at and a few questions I needed to ask and stopped by Store 5286 and I'm so glad I did! Mr Joe Mancuso went above beyond For me and was patient and kind and explained everything to me thoroughly and didn't make me feel like I was a bother or he didn't have time! I never felt rushed or that I didn't matter! Thank you so much Joe Mancuso I will forever be a customer of store 5286 because of you and your wonderful customer service! They helped me test my battery and replaced it when it failed. They can also tell you what's wrong with your car when the engine lights on.

I came in to buy some oil and ask if they could help me replace a few spark plugs, normally this isn’t something they would do but a man named Joe was so helpful, he took time out of his busy day to make sure that I got the help I needed, even though the heat is ridiculous, So thank you so much to Joe and the rest of the team !!! I will definitely recommend this location to everyone and will be back for all my needs !

Great folks there!Helpful, knowledgeable and courteous.I found parts for a 1990 Chevy Suburban! Really didn't figure I'd find what I needed but they had them.Order online and pickup at the store or shipped to your front door.Extensive stock in the store and even more you can get overnight.Need a special tool? Could be you can "borrow" it from them. Just leave a deposit and when you return it, you get a 100% refund. Decide you want to keep it? Just don't take it back and you own it.Check things like your battery, alternator, check engine light, starters, etc for free. Free install of wiper blades and battery.Check out their towing equipment and such!Just a great place to get parts, testing, information or cleaning supplies/fluids for your vehicle.
