This guy used to be a great agent but apparently he doesn't care anymore ! We've been with him for years but are now changing. My wife and I have called countless times since June for different issues and have left many voicemails plus have called SF directly to voice our concerns about him. I have this to say if you are burnt out sir and don't care anymore then do everyone a favor and move on and quit leaving your customers hanging. You have lost two good customers. Good luck

Does anyone actually know if Joseph is OK, I have had to change agents because he can't be contacted. 3 months over 20 calls and as many emails with no response been by his office 8 times and nothing.

Can't ever get this guy to return calls. I called him on September 1st trying to put a new car on our policy and I'm STILL waiting for him to call me back! Needless to say we now have a new agent. I would NOT recommend Joseph Rhodes for an agent.

This is the most unprofessional insurance agent I've ever dealt with! My father uses this agency and he never returns calls and can never be reached! Went today with my dad 3 different times and the door was locked. This isn't the only time this has happened!

Does any one answer the phone down there? Holy cow it’s ridiculous. You can’t ever get ahold of anyone and we are a business with a lot of trucks insured through them. Maybe it’s time to move on to somewhere with better customer service.

They solicit (spam) to individuals who are victims of exploitation/fraud/identity theft ect. which indicates a raise of suspicion that their company buys information from data breach (hacking) companies or is directly affiliated with privacy invasion & exposure that is potentially harmful.

We’ve used State Farm for years now and have had a great experience until we moved to Arkansas and got connected with Joseph! Absolutely horrible experience. Don’t EVER expect to reach him on the phone or receive a call back. We’ve been leaving messages for two weeks now and have yet to hear back. We were told by his assistant that we had boaters insurance and even got a certificate of insurance stating so....come to find out eight months later we do not have boaters insurance. This is after we took our boat on the water several times. Of course, after we discovered this my husband called several times to resolve the issue and we have yet to hear back from his office. Consider this before you decide to trust Joseph Rhodes!
