My Husband and I were assisted by Erica in looking at our homeowner and automotive insurance coverage. She walked us through each coverage, provided explanation of the coverages and answered any questions we had in a polite and professional manner. By switching from our previous insurance provider we were able to save $520 and have better coverage. I highly recommend her to assist others with their insurance needs.

Erica was extremely efficient and helpful when I contacted her about adding an additional driver to my policy. She has a friendly and professional tone on the phone and her follow up response email reached us within minutes of our conversation. She was unaware that we were in a time crunch and her expeditious response was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Erica.

I’ve had insurance with this office for years and pay thousands a year for home, 2 auto, 2 life, and business coverage and the experience was great, but only when signing up for services they have kindly try to sell me. I just had my first claim on a 2023 Tacoma and the experience has been terrible. I have received no support from this office and only have gotten someone to call/communicate with me after multiple complaints to the office via text and email otherwise I have to call 1800 numbers. People deciding to go with State Farm understand that they will enforce non OEM parts on your new vehicle despite their policy stating your vehicle will be restored to its pre-loss condition and despite what the body shops they advise you to go to recommend. I am also on day 11 of no rental vehicle because of misinformation and miscommunication on State Farm’s end. When I contacted this office I was told it was out of their hands even though I had been told 2 different times I had reservations. This office did not take any initiative to provide support until we began to complain multiple times. I had to ask the body shop to give me a ride home while another customer there that just had an accident got a rental delivered directly to them at the body shop. I recommend that you carefully select your insurance provider and look at coverage and cost. I pay more than I should through this office because of a good relationship I thought we had when they tried to sell me multiple products. Now I have to deal with 1800 numbers when real issues come up and the people that sign me up and take my payments every month have not showed up for their customer. I have spent hours on calls, sending emails, and texts and it’s by far the worst experience I’ve had with any insurance provider. I suggest customers review coverages they want and go with the more affordable options online because at the end of the day we will just be directed to 1800 numbers that have no incentive to help us out or provide accurate information.

I contacted Rob to switch my car insurance and in less than 24 hours, everything was taken care of. I now have more coverage and a lower monthly payment than what I had with my previous insurer. The experience couldn’t have been better; I’ve already recommended him to my friends in the market for better policies.

I have been with the same insurance company for 6 years. That company raised the prices due to inflation. I ended up getting a quote from Taylor at State Farm and my deductibles were lowered on all my vehicles, we added home insurance, and after all that my monthly total was still cheaper than the previous company’s renewal without all that. Honestly, I was nervous about switching insurance companies, but Taylor made the process easy and answered all my questions. I am very glad I ended up shopping around and found State Farm.

I regret ever leaving Dustin Booth State Farm. I left for another company which was a horrible experience. Taylor has been exceptional, I will never leave State Farm again!
