Had the fleet owner call ahead to get the parts guy to pull what I needed and put it in will call. When I arrived there had been a shift change and nobody on shift had any idea what I was talking about. Wasted my time in duplicating all the effort the fleet manager had already done. I probably wouldn't stop again

Everyone was nice and friendly to me and my dog. They got me in and out and back on the road.

Didn't listen to a major concern with a truck I was recovering and it turned into a nasty breakdown almost a week later in Nebraska
