Online banking system is constantly messing up and my card has gotten declined so many times when I have had the funds in my account. Always seems to be when they’re closed too so nothing you can do about it til next day.

This location closes at 1pm on Saturdays per their window hours. I got there at 12:50 and they had closed early (no weather circumstances) employees already going to their cars. A bank should be open full business hours.

They take your money, give loans to other people with your money, collect interest of the loan that you supplied, and then they charge you 2 dollars monthly for base fee and service charge? Rip off

Please don’t use them, worse service. Tryed buy a house and the loan officer Rodney dragged our case. We evened up not using them due to the service provided. Two months later we were notified that our load/case had not been closed out after we canceled every thing !! Also they tried to get us to pay for a the appraisal on the house what we didn’t even get.Worse experience ever

I love my bank! Kim Baker is the Branch Manager and I always go inside just to see her. She helped me get my account going and she always goes out of her way to help me with anything I need. Love her and love Citizens Bank!

Citizens bank does not make it easy to make a loan payment. You cannot pay a loan payment over the phone or online unless you have an account with them. You cant pay through the drive through without a check or cash. You should just mail in your payments and save yourself the frustration. Totally not out to help you or make things easier for you.
