I gave Camping World in Van Buren a 1 because there is nothing lower! I purchased a used 23 Clipper from this facility in June of 24 and it took 2 months and many, many calls to get them to pay off my trade (and delinquent notices from my trade mortgage co.!) Then many, many calls and another 2 months with little or no feed back to receive my tags!! I wasted a whole summer while paying payments and arguing them, while my travel trailer set in storage to finally threaten high enough up the chain of command to receive my tags!!! They could have, but did not offer me temporary tags to allow me to use the trailer and not miss a complete summer of camping!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM CAMPING WORLD!!!!
I put this on management 100%. Sales staff was great at addressing my transaction up to filling out paperwork.

I bought a new 2024 Gemini 23tw at a differentCamping World. Had many problems on my first trip. Stopped at this Camping World and they took care of the major problems and got me back on the road before wi could finish It was refreshing to find people who care.

Took my camper over to sell or consign, had to call several times to get any answer on offer they would give me. Offer was too low so picked up the camper and took back to storage. Opened camper to get wheel chocks, which I had 4, they were missing. I have been calling for a week and noone seems to know where they went or will call me back after they say they are going to look for them. Very poor management and customer satisfaction.

I would give this place zero stars if possible!! We had the absolute worst experience here! If you have to deal with service I recommend going ANYWHERE else. Our camper was there for 3 months. We called every week or so to check on it and we always got the run around. They lost our keys and title. We tried contacting a manager multiple times. Brandon the GM wouldn’t take our calls or return our calls until we said we were just going to come get our camper. Charlie the service manager was zero help and made an off handed comment that had nothing to do with our camper. Justin in the service department was incredibly rude and condescending. Each time I called he would try to gaslight me saying he didn’t know what was going on or what was needed even though I had talked to him multiple times. It was an absolute cluster and I truly do not wish that anyone else have to deal with what we have. Martin was the ONLY person involved that actually tried to help us. He offered to buy us a title out of his own pocket and helped us get replacement keys. I hope that camping world appreciates the people that actually take pride in their job because it is clear that they are few and far between at this particular establishment.

Service department is terrible! Avoid at all costs. They fixed my camper that had storm damage and the time quoted to fix was less than a month. It ended up taking around 6 months! I was lied to repeatedly and told over and over "it will be done next week, it will be done next week." I called almost weekly and no one would return my calls. I would give zero stars if possible. Just the absolute worst experience ever. I would 100% rely on Crabtree RV over this place.

I had a great experience with Kim as my sales lady. She did great showing us fifthwheels. I definitely recommend going to her if you are interested in buying a fifth wheel or travel trailer

The supplies/parts area is a joke. Nothing comparable to other 'Camping Worlds.'
I would pick numerous other places before wasting my time here again. Can't believe corporate would even attach their name to this place. Sure they have a multitude of RVs and Campers, but so do other places. And they had all that before they changed the name. All they did was add a Lowe's garden shack with a few camping items then marketed the hell out of it.

If I could leave negative reviews I totally would! They do not hold up to there promises, they will screw you over every chance they can! 100% do not recommend especially their service department they do not hold up to anything that they say and they will take forever. They really do screw you over every chance they get.

Skeezy sales managers. Kept upping the price when settled on one. Kept adding fees that made no sense. You WILL get a better deal at crab tree RV in alma. Worth the drive and I got a bigger and better camper for my money there. Do not buy from camper world.

Even though we didn't end up purchasing a camper we had a great experience here. We decided against a camper souly due to job change. Sarah was pressure free and showed us every thing we wanted to see. If you are looking for a stress free buying experience check this place out and ask for Sarah.

We were passing by and needed our propane regulator to be changed on our rv. We were blessed with a next morning appointment, service was efficient, parts avaiable at a reasonable price. It seems like a new business venture and i wish them the best. Everybody seems to be aligned to make this place a real success! Thank you!
