I literally just made a deposit and one of the tellers stole 40 dollars from it. He either pocketed a couple 20 dollar bills or doesn't know how to count. We just made an account with arvest and it seems like it was a mistake.

I was greeted at the front door and asked how they could help me. The woman was very knowledgeable and I was very impressed. She gave me info I needed and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

Not sure what kind of company you claim to be by firing a pregnant woman for an honestly simple mistake. Fired on her day off none the less, so they did not have to do it in-person. Management should be ashamed of themselves. DO NOT BANK/WORK HERE!!! Save yourself the trouble.

2 points away from getting a loan to consolidate my bills my banker had asked to see if I could go ahead and get an exception since I was only two points away for a loan and I was turned down I was very disappointed and sad I wish they hadn't made it and exception

The supervisor Daisy was completely unhelpful,rude,invasive,and demeaning. She in no way wanted to take responsibility for her employees mishandling my information. This was the worst experience of my life. No empathy non apologetic and no customer service skills at all. I have no idea how she even managed to land that position when she wasn’t helpful on explaining company policy’s or making right her employees mistake. I am no longer going to be banking with Arvest due to daisy and her employees.

The person that opened my checking and savings account lost the copies of my id’s. They shut my card off on Labor Day weekend. They didn’t loose my husbands id”s so his debit card still worked. Funny because we were together when we gave our I’d”s. I contacted them on the next business day with all my ids again. They said my card would be turned back on, it is still locked a day later. I guess I will have to take more time off work to go to the bank again.

Don’t go here if you need torn/ damages bills exchanged (not mutilated). According to them, the bill needs to be in normal using conditions. Can’t even be dirty. But then why need an exchange in the first place.....why have paper currency if when it gets torn or damaged, you can’t have it exchanged.

Do not care about customers. And the one on Fayetteville road is full of hateful ppl. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different bank
