I’ve tried with their app multiple times over the years and gave up. I got used to calling the number to check up on payments pulled from my account and to check my balance and now that doesn’t even work. Every time I enter my information it says it’s invalid and hangs up on me. The hassle to keep up with my funds isn’t worth it at this point. I’ve been with Arvest since I was old enough to open an account and I’m so close to finding a new bank because this is exhausting.

I've been telling the employees at arvest for weeks that I've been the victim of a phishing and data scam that I needed some help they had given me a identity protection account that that called me and dropped me as a client arvest bank I've never been the victim of identity theft and I need some help hint hint arvest...

Everytime I call to get help estimated time blah blah. It goes WELL OVER 30 min PAST the estimated time frame. I can’t ever reach not one single live person. In order for me to actually talk to a physical person I have to literally drive down there. Big inconvenience since I work 8-5. Thinking about switching banks. This is just getting to old.

This place has a practice of charging people to cash checks that are from arvest! a local company wrote me a check and I went to arvest where the check was from, and they charged me $5 to cash it! I could have went to Walmart and cashed it cheaper then that! Then then guy tells me if I opened an account I wouldn't have to pay! Like I would want to do business like that! I wouldn't want to send my Customers to a place that wouldn't honor my payment to them!

Super disappointed in the banks decision to make a policy that prohibits employees from notarizing documents for nonmembers. I was traveling and had an absentee ballot that I need notarized but much to my surprise the bank doesn't care unless your a member and use there bank. This will however keep me from using there bank in the future or recommending there bank to anyone.
