We had a dog, Louie, for many years and DR Norette and her Staff took such good care of him.
Louie died about a year ago and in January I went to one of the Humane Society’s and got Matilda. She has brought me much comfort and there is no where else that I would rather take her than Trumann Animal Clinic. I am thankful to have them for what ever needs may come. It is for peace of mind knowing they are there

Charlie went into kidney failure and liver failure after TAC would not unblock his urinary tract. Allied ER saved his life.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE! I have been a patient here for 6 long years!! My boy Charlie got a UTI and was NOT urinating. This can be deadly in cats. TAC had him from 7Am -4PM and just left him in a box all day! They did NO blood work. They said "he didn't pee so he needs to leave" and charged me $220. THEY MADE 0 EFFORTS TO HELP HIM! Two days later Charlie went into kidney and liver failure. If it wasn't for Allied ER he would have died! I will NEVER recommend TAC to ANYONE!

TAC is the place to be. Always friendly, fast service and always doing whatever is best for my pets. The staff is always super helpful and friendly. They know you by name without even looking at the computer. Their vet is amazing! I don’t know how many times she has called me directly to check on my pets. Comparable prices too, if that is what you’re looking at as far as a vet. However, the family atmosphere they provide, unbeatable.

There's not enough I could say about this dr. She's is absolutely amazing. Because of here my Sophie can walk pain free. She takes a holistic approach to healing your baby when you feel nothing else would work. She's an excellent communicator and practitioner.The employees are the best there are! I mean it! This entire practice is absolutely amazing. The staff is professional and they very clearly go over everything thing with you so you're not charged something you're not aware of. They are honest and caring.Prices are competitive though in my opinion way underpriced for what she can accomish with your pet. I drive 20 minutes from Jonesboro to take my dog here. That speaks for itself I believe. There are a ton of vet practices in Jonesboro.

Extremely thankful for this staff and Doctor Underwood! I have a dachshund with a slipped disc and many lesions down his spine that was not able to walk, thanks to laser treatment and acupuncture, he is now walking and making great progress. They have been so helpful, and I’m so thankful for them! Highly recommend!

We had an emergency with our 8 month old Skipper. We called starting at 8:00 am and never got anyone until 10:30 am. We called and text as directed on their telephone message and used the number they said to use and no one answered that phone. When I finally got a call back, the person I spoke with said that that phone is not monitored ?? That is the number you give in order to talk to someone when you have an emergency?? Then finally when asked if we could bring Skipper in they said we needed to take him to an emergency hospital without being willing to see him, to see if he needed an emergency surgery. Would not even see him and with that being said they are our Skipper's vet. And he has been a patient there since we got him at 8 wks old. To say we are upset is an understatement. That is no service at all!! WE will be going elsewhere where they service their patients!! You may want to think twice before depending on them to see your pet in an emergency situation.
