Dad's worst nightmare-Daughter called from the road heading back to college on I-555 that here tire sensor light came on, she thought she ran over something and the tire seemed like it was going flat-Fortunately she was just approaching the Truman exit so she exited, found the nearest gas station and yes the tire was going flat-I looked online, found Smith Tire nearby, called them up and they said send her over. Being alone on the road she was a bit overwhelmed/scared from the experience and they calmed her down. Had to replace the tire and got her back on the road quickly-charged a very fair price and the service was quick-Thanks Smith Tire! Sincerely Rick Hunter and every dad in America!

Dropped my xterra off this morning for 4 new tires I already had and front brake pads for them to put on. Great price for the work they did and friendly staff. Will definitely be back

all the 4 or 5 star reviews are done by fake profiles made the the owner and some of the non certified techs the owner also owns the one in Jonesboro I took my vehicle to the one in Jonesboro they damaged my new brake lines and a calibers told they were wore out and supposedly changed a bad cv axle which they didn't a requested for them to replace both front wheel hubs upper and lower control arms along with inner and outer tie rods and sway bar bushings which they never replaced they said all of that is fine fast forward to 4 months my control arms popped of causing more damage don't use any smith tire and auto no I'm stuck with a damaged vehicle and can't drive it not to mention I'm on disability and they stole over 2,000

The guys were great! Awoke this morning with a sheet metal screw in one of my trailer tires. Called Smith Tire,and even though my trailer is 40' long, they told me to bring it over and they would makeit work. 2 guys jumped on it and before I knew it, I was on my way. Thanks Smith Tire.

Recently had tires I bought from them balanced and rotated. They charged me $80 and broke 2 wheel studs. They didn’t tell me and put the hubcap on to cover it up.
