Ordered online to pickup at store counter. Quick and easy pickup. Employee could use a little friendly service training as he barely said a word to me... but whatever. This is why places sell online, service in stores is garbage these days

Taking a moment to sing praises to the staff at O’Reilly’s in Tontitown.
Specifically, Austin, Benjamin and their driver whose name I did not catch.
I went to get a battery tested, but because of the battery I had it was going to take a while.
They went above and beyond by giving me a ride back to work while they took care of me.
I needed a new battery and the guys helped me shop around to meet my needs and installed it for me.
While they were doing that in sweltering sun, they took time to help me check on an oil leak.
The expertise, customer service, and efficiency the team displayed is impressive, so much so that I actually took the time to sing their praises.
Go and see these guys, they will take great care of you!

Hello—random review however I HAVE TO WRITE THIS BECAUSE I LIED!!! Benjamin is a great employee super helpful when I bought a battery this morning I FORGOT to asked for it to be installed. I went to the other O’Reilly’s on Sunset and got it installed there & LIED (bc I was embarrassed) and it seemed like Benjamin had done something wrong he didn’t!!! I lied!!! Ok super sorry, again Benjamin is great & MY BAD! Benjamin I’m so sorry!

New alt that I had to put on in parking lot went bad after less than 20 min. Had to warranty and they argued about giving core charge back and really rude. Save yourself the headache and go a mile down the road to other o Reilly store where they treat you like a customer.

Sold me the wrong part twice on same day

Extremely disappointed with my experience. I was sold the incorrect part and had to take off work and run to different locations across town to find the correct part. When I asked the manager if they could discount the part to at-least show some courtesy for the inconvenience they caused I was told no and the best they could offer was a “sorry”. The customer service at this location is abysmal and I won’t be back.
