Further investigation found an interior light on in rear of SUV that had been left in the "on" position. Light could not be seen due to luggage stacked for vacation. He even went the extra mile by putting a battery backup in the car so I wouldn't lose all my programming. Yes, I know that they are supposed to install the battery, but his attitude was wonderful. He even took the time to explain how to clean the posts and why it's so important in my car to make sure they are always clean.”
