Walmart delivery...3 times in this past month walmart has delivered my online grocery order to the wrong address. The only resolution for this is a refund of the money I spent but that may take up to 10 days. So now there was nothing delivered, no money to get food somewhere else because walmarrt has my money and a refund takes up to 10 days. They won't even issue a store credit. I feel more like a hostage instead of a valued Walmart plus member. I don't have many choices but if you do ship somewhere you actually are appreciated. I wish I could post rhe front door of the house where my last 2 orders went, maybe they would see this and bring me a sandwich

Very bad company if you're looking to work but have a schedule to work around. they don't care about any of their employees, couldn't even give a dude the day off when he was throwing up. even if you do send them your days you need off and call in hours before they'll give you points if you miss. only one good manager besides that awful management

Second time they messed up my delivery. NOT GIVING THEM A THIRD CHANCE. We at least were given a refund this time, but they didn't even respond the first time. I think their drivers are scamming them and never making their deliveries.

It's a shame this Walmart has so few grocery checkers! The older generation does not use the smart phone or internet for ordering groceries. If they could afford all the technology devices what makes you think they would understand how to use it without making huge mistakes. The Walmart sisters can do better than this, Sam Walmart would not be doing this to the United States. And what is with all the Reserved parking spaces, you already have too many Pick-up spaces as it is. When the manager gets older with arthritis, knee or foot problems , or hip and back you will understand the need for closer spaces not more wheelchair spaces........and God forbid if you ever need a electric cart in the store! I have encountered very nice employees, the only thing you have going for you at the present. I think I will have to go other places. Thank you, Cindy V.

For context I walked to the back of the store to use the restroom which is right next to the employee restroom. With two employees having just finish utilizing the restroom. It smelled horrendous and there was a pair of shit covered underwear next to the toilet in the handicap stall. There was shit smeared all over the wall and toilet paper dispenser. So naturally I report it to the first employee I see coming out of the ladies restroom and it wasn't until I checked out 20 minutes later that I heard anyone calling for the cleanup. That means there was human fecal smeared across the bathroom walls for over half an hour that was originally occupied by employees. Unacceptable.
