They are always busy which is good but they need more then one cashier, they shouldn't be alone it makes customers aggravated and then the customer gets rude. I like the people who work here, but during the day they need 2 cashier's.

Shell, Now Owned By Walmart And The Gas Prices Are A Little Higher, Buy Your Paying For Brand Name Gas. The Store Is Always Spotless. The Customer Service is Outstanding. Your Greeted When Entering, Appreciated When Leaving. The Shelves Are Full And Stocked, As Well As The Cooler. Bathroom's Are Very Clean And Smell Fresh.Overall, A Very Clean And Tidy Convenient Store With Very Good Management, And Awesome Personnel.

YOU ALL have a great person working in this store and she has a great personality she have the best skills in customer service. She have a great sprit and she's very respectfully very kind to everyone I love to come in this store to see the joyfulness in this store and you guys her name is Shakarpyha Nelson She's a good one The store always clean and the food is Hot and fresh and on time.. I love it... Lets not forget... She also help the [Disable Elders] that's not able to get out there car to get there gas... she's Great i give this store a 10

This visit was made on a road trip 7/10/2021 and stopped to get fuel around 3:45 pm . The purchase was on shell card. Half the pumps did not work and worked very slow.The cashier was serving food out of deli and then handling money.The bathroom was filthy. The store overall was dirty and the 2 male store attendant s were very unprofessional. We will nevergo there again .Not ashamed to put my name.Carroll SmelleyMarteal Kitchings

Dump! Don't stop here. Restrooms dirty, employees rude. Place filthy. Just stopped pass through, won't ever again.

Been coming to this shell since it was a two story. The last good manager they had was Sondra it's been going downhill ever since she was promoted. The bathroom stink and The employees here will rip you off if you give them a chance. Lady in the kitchen panhandle you .I go to Exxon on New Boston now much nicer place

This EZ Mart has always been our go to gas and drink spot. In the last 6 months to a year they have let their store go down hill. They can't restock on easy items like drink straws for months. You can not use your card at the pump half the time. They say that it just goes out sometimes but its all the time. There are usually three workers and only one checking with a line out the door. We will be using the road runner from now on.

Guy on the cash register acted as if it really hurt him to take my $95.00 payment for my diesel. About as friendly as poison ivy! Treated female customers worse!
