They are a nasty don’t even have a/c in lobby didn’t have what I had asked for but decided to keep my money 115.00 I called but they refused to give money back so I had to go down the road rented a room sad that such places exist beware don’t call and place order for room cause they will rip you off look before renting make sure what you ask for is what you get

Great place to stay the night at a great price. They worked with us on our odd check in and check out time. Great service and very nice rooms for the cost. I recommend staying here instead of the bigger chains near by.

Mr Jay and Mrs Bhumi are thee sweetest couple you will ever meet. They keep their hotel clean and quiet. They work really hard to ensure each guest is pleased with all service. Anything you need Mr Jay and Mrs Bhumi will do their absolute best to accommodate. Another really great thing about this hotel is there is no security deposit required. So, if you are ever in the Texarkana area needing a great hotel for a decent price. Look no further.

If you guys are traveling and passing by texarkana and need a hotel to pass the night in. I recommend you guys pass the night in here.Staff was amazing and so kind and the rooms were perfect and confy with the cleanest rooms ever.We would definitely stay again in here.We love it. <3

Staff is Amazing and fun. Very open to meet new Guest and very welcoming. I lived there and made it my home. Much love and appreciation goes both ways. 2 thumbs up 5 star!

Very friendly, clean and safe. Rooms are great. Bed is very comfortable. This is the ONLY hotel I will stay in while in Texarkana. The Customer Service is outstanding.

Had reservations for two nights.we got the king suite. We checked in and went to the room. Sheets, and blankets were stained, bathroom door was dirty, and had dried red spots and black (old dirty hand prints) on it. The microwave did not work. The next day we had to go down and pay again for our room. Come to find out they only take payments for 1 day at a time even with reservations..I will never stay there again or recommend it to many one

This was by far the cleanest hotel we could find in the area. Their rooms were big, clean, and up to date! Had great time chatting with the young folks at the front desk. Would definitely come again if given the chance.

Make sure you check in before midnight or they will cancel your rooms without notifying you. Very musty/dirty. Dirty sheets, curtains. I will say the desk personnel were both decent. We only stayed about 6-7 hours since we just needed a place to crash for the night. It was hectic to say the least.

Too much traffic all-night and for a working person that's not the place to relax. Other than the traffic it would've been good. Also I didn't like the fact of being in a smoking room and I don't smoke.
