My husband's car broke down on the way to work around 6:15am less than a mile from our house. So he called Razorback Wrecker (whose company is less than a mile from where my husband's car was) and they said it would be 300 dollars and they couldn't get there until 8am!! I might understand $300 since it was outside of business hours at 6am, but their hours start at 8am which is the soonest they said they could get there. I then called around 10am during normal business hours. First they promptly told me the were booked for the whole day (who plans what hour they'll need a wrecker?), so I gave her the EXACT coordinates of my husband's previous situation and she said it would be $80 but of course they couldn't get there until Monday (this was a Friday). Shame on them for trying to rip off a person in need. Unless this business is a front for something else, they are not interested in making money by towing folks.

I do not know how this man stays in business other than his rates are the absolute lowest In the area. He has towed several times for my family and I and other friends but every single time I dread it because I know it will take a dozen or better calls to his place with the same answer “ I am on a tow out of town, can’t get to it today” then if I am fortunate to get to retort “How about tomorrow or another day this week?” Before he hangs up on me then I count it a personal win for the day.Service: Car towing

My daughter car was stolen and apparently left at a store and was impounded when we found out it had already been 3 days during this time she had an accident and had traumatic head injury and was recovering from a concussion. When she went to pick up her car she was asking what all the charges were and the guy called her stupid and told her to just sign and yelling at her. She is still having horrible headaches from her accident.I would never use this place for any service.Service: Car towing

my daughters car was stolen and apparently left at a store and this heartless company picked up her car and impounded it. We didn't receive a letter until 5 days later. Within this time she had an accident and had traumatic head injury with a concussion for several days. their letter only mentioned tow fee and storage fee, but when we called them the rude man interrupted me several times when asking what the other fees were. $100 extra. One fee is all I could make out from his shouting was a gate fee. So my daughter goes to get her car and was asking about the fees mind you still has a trobing headache from her concussion they yell at her and his wife calls her stupid several times. I will never use them and I will tell everyone I know to not. Their behavior was horrible and uncalled for.

Their customer service is absolutely horrible and they do not go by Arkansas state laws when it comes to getting your personal items out of your vehicle and they also gouge on their pricing
