I liked Napa, but in the last few months I've needed rotors an pads for a 2013 gmc sierra 1500 call Napa not in stock they would have to order it. Call O'Reilly they had everything in stock same thing with a 2009 chevy impala I needed rear brakes an calipers called napa they would have to order the parts I called O'Reilly they had everything in stock. I also needed front brakes for a 2018 ford edge same thing again they would have to order it. I called O'Reilly they again had everything in stock. I probably spent $700-$800 at O'Reilly that I would of spent at Napa. Sometimes you need the parts now not in a day or two. Step up your parts in stock game Napa or im not even bother calling you guys an just stick with O'Reilly or bumper to bumper. They also had some parts I needed in stock that Napa didn't have.🤷

Good customer service. I purchased some fuel cleaner. They did not have enough in stock. As soon as I enquired about more the sales attendant ordered more. I've been to this store many times before. Always courteous and helpful.

I bought a new wiper blade here and wiper spray nozzle. The nozzle had to be ordered, but arrived the next day. The price for both seemed good

My cars power steering went out in the Albertsons on State line, the young man, Matt, called and within 20 minutes, he was very kind, courteous, and polite to me and my daughter. He took us home park my car in a secure location and helped me out of his truck.Matt was such a a lovely young man.
