We had a king suite. Plenty of room to set up for working, large desk area and desk chair. Room had a couch and chair. Need was comfortable.

I am a big fan of Hilton hotels in general, so my stay at this hotel was a little disappointing.
This was a quick stay on a road trip, we arrived at 11:30 pm, and checked in on the app. The digital key didn't work, finally found clerk in a room behind front desk and got key cards. The bathroom door in the room would not latch, so stood ajar when in use, we could not close the door. The bed was not the most comfortable (hard) and there was no mattress cover under the sheet.The sheet and other bedding were pretty worn, and I woke up to the bottom sheet half off (would not stay tucked in) with the mattress exposed.
On the positive side, the room seemed clean, there was cold ac, and the shower had plenty of hot water. The breakfast was typical for Hampton and the woman managing the food was the only person to initiate friendly contact with us (wish I had gotten her name!)
I reported the issues I had with the room to the front desk on the way out, clerk said she would pass it on but seemed unconcerned and there was no apology.
Overall, not what I would expect from a Hilton hotel. Not the worst ever experience but I wouldn't stay there again.

Rooms: The rooms are quite nice offering a clean area with copious space.
Safety: Safety was not a concern.
Walkability: Not much walkable, you need a car.
Food and drinks: The breakfast was very good, bur no restaurant on site.

Clean, safe hotel. Beds on the firm side. One tv for living and sleeping areas to share. Standard breakfast fare.. Highly suggest the lemon waffles

The hotel itself is nice and clean. However, I cannot give 5 stars because the Live TV did not work. I told the agent at the front desk and she kindly moved me to another room. Unfortunately, that room had the same issue. There was no technical engineer on property to assist. So, I ended up just watching Netflix since I was only staying for one night.

It was OK. The property felt safe. The lobby area was clean. Room was clean, but the carpet felt a little damp. Room could use some updating. Furniture was worn out. No USB or USBC ports.

So I want tto start by saying the cleaning service people the guy who now takes care of the pool and the outside/ I'm sure he does other things. Is , are amazing . Breakfast lady is amazing . I can't rave enough about the people working at this establishment. They were eager to help and make sure our three night stay was as all it should have been. The rooms I must say were not exactly ? to my liking but they were nice and clean. They weren't very spacious . I was traveling with someone else and I had a little trouble finding room for both of us . We stayed in a double bed , room... But the rooms were nice besides the space issue ... They have a fun atmosphere ,pool table ,nice gym, and the pool area was one of the best I've ever found. The pool size was a little small but it was ok. The pool wasn't packed with people. The pool water was clean and the chemical was perfect. I give this place my rave review. Those making it run smoothly deserve my rave review. I will be back and maybe not stay as long as I did because of the space issue. But if your going to this area and just need a night or two. It's perfect. You'll love it...
Rooms: Not my most favorite room. They were nice they were clean. My only issue was space...
Safety: I felt very safe here. And this is very important to me
Walkability: There was a Walmart and a Popeyes and a Johnny's pizza and a dollar tree literally next door. Very walkable.
Food and drinks: The breakfast was one of the best I have had when staying at a hotel. The lady making breakfast was super nice and made the best scrambled eggs I've ever had at one of these establishments
Noteworthy details: All of those employed here. We're amazing folks. They made my stay here a five star stay. Everyone here are wonderful people. And I tried to thank them for making my stay so enjoyable. It takes a village to make things run correctly and the village here deserves credit. I might have left if it hadn't been for the employees. I was very irritated with the room . But I got over it and ended enjoying my stay immensely...

The room had a very bad smell the toilet didn't flush properly I reserved a 1st floor Iv been staying there for over 10 years not happy at all.

Lovely place, and I have stayed here almost every time I make the drive back and forth between Houston, TX and Michigan. They know also allow pets, which is a plus. Now for the times I have my pet, I can stay here, as well.
