First DK station we've stopped at. Nice station, some outta the box options for drinks here, with pretty good coffee available.Seemed a bit understaffed, as also evidenced by the hiring sign. But employees were friendly and ready to help!

Traveling from Baton Rouge, LA, we had no idea there were so many miles between stops. Our daughter was so hungry and everything was closed. We had our fur baby with us, so Denny’s was out of the question.We drove across the street to DK’s and found an absolute angel! Kat was working behind the counter. No other customers were in the store. A mom herself, she went way above and beyond! She went to the back and brought out a hot dog and allowed us to microwave it for our daughter. Many snacks and one huge fan of DK’s later, One happy kiddo back on the road!Thank you for clean restrooms and one amazing staff!The Arman Family

Worse place to stop. Dirty restrooms, subway personnel will give you looks when you ask for something on sandwich, cashiers will be on phone or talking to one another while you stand there like a ghost.

"Pay at the pump" is a deceptive business practice. The law and Best Business Practices requires that when you pay for fuel you are ENTITLED to a receipt. This station has brand new pumps that refuse to provide receipts to customers so they can get reimbursed by their employers or clients, and take deductions on tax filings. DK's contempt for customers is knowing, willful, and intentional. They do not value their customer's time. The reason they engage in this deceptive practice is so the customers will have to go inside to complain. Of course, no manager is available at all today. It is her day off. She doesn't take phone calls, have business cards, or allow her secret name to be uttered by her minions. Was there paper in the paper towel dispenser? Of course not. The problems here are systemic! Poor management, a lack of training and supervision, a absence of quality control, no attention to minimum standards of the industry, staff who have zero customer service skills, zero problem resolution skills, no active listening training. In today's competitive fuel sales environment, the solution is NOT to require customers to come inside in hopes they will make additional purchases. It is unprofitable to alienate customers who spend tens of thousands of dollars per year on fuel by requiring them to waste their time standing in line behind local Arkies buying chewing tobacco or beer.

Maybe you should indicate where trucks can't park. I parked "beside" the fuel pumps not blocking traffic and somebody came and told me I was blocking the fuel pumps, which I wasn't.

2nd time I've stopped and the restrooms were closed, there won't be a 3rd. If you want people to pick you over Flying J, better fix your issues or you won't be there long?
